Laptop Power Supply Cord for Compaq Presario cq60-211dx cq60-214dx Business NC6320 by SIB

I was going out of my mind when my laptop suddenly ceased to work (oh my goodness), after having it tested, we determined that the cord died (after 3 years). I purchased this product, in hopes that it would do the trick and IT DID! Have had NO problems whatsoever with this cord and am grateful that came with EVERYTHING needed to be compatible with my laptop and no where nearly as expensive! Im sort of obsessed with Amazon, as they've never let me down, and are ALWAYS EXTREMELY professional/prompt when purchasing a product from them! You've got a constant customer!!!

A compaq laptop

Laptop cord came exactly as described after our stock one broke (IMO that one was the piece of junk). This was very affordable considering what HP wanted for a replacement, and is still going strong after months of use. The only thing is that it is a little bit shorter than the one that came with my computer, so I can't plug it in as far away, but for the cost difference that is something that I can live with.

I received the charger in 2 bubble coated envelopes and when I opened it it worked great. It even has a light on the little square box to let you know its plugged in (the factory model of my CQ60 didn't have that). I read reviews before that it gets hotter than the factory model but I found it to be cooler. Anyway I know people read reviews to know if they should get an item because I am one of those people and as such I recommend it 100%Pros: Unbelievable price, Helpful green light on charger, & Great safe packaging.Cons: None!GET IT!

This works, but I do get warnings about how my performance could improve with an hp smart power adapter. I am not sure if it is trying to communicate with the power supply, and request OEM parts so HP makes more money, or if its just under-powered. (Pop up notice: "For full performance connect a higher capacity smart AC adapter." With a link to HP)I was looking, and this unit is 65 watts vs 90 watts for the others.Most physical units won't list watts, instead look for about 4.7 or 4.8 amp output @ 18.5volts.I guess it will depend a little on your cpu and settingsweird since cnet's reviews confirms the specs of the stock power supply to be 65 wattsI lowered it from 4 stars because the notices became very excessive. (Not the product, but I must wonder if it is even giving a full 65 watt output if the computer is giving so many warnings)

We ordered the Laptop Charger through Amazon because I called around to different stores and None of them had the Charger (Original) that I wanted. When I found it and the cost was UNBELIEVABLE. I was sure it was a Joke! I ordered anyway and it turned out to be perfect. I will be back in the Future I am Sure.

I ordered this product as a replacement for my daughters laptop charger not expecting very much for the money. First of all it arrived to my door sooner than projected and secondly it works just as well as OEM product did. At this price I will soon be purchasing another for my own laptop so I can leave one at home and one at office. Don't waste your hard earned money on more expensive aftermarket chargers when this one works perfectly.

Works as needed for my daughter's laptop.
