Multi-Grip LAT Pull Down Bar for Home Gym Fitness, Spreader Plate LAT Pulldown Attachments for Pulley System Cable Machine, Double to Single Cable Attachment Exercise Handle

I got the functional trainer from Costco and wanted to be able to maximize the 160 pound weight stack. This attachment allows me to do that. Its thick and I have been using it now for 3 months with no issues. I did have to go to Lowes to get some quick links to make it a little longer and easier to attach and removed without fighting my cables. The quality feels nice and will last me a long time and helps with my workouts.

With so many disposable products out there these days (shouts at clouds), it took a bit of searching to find one made of alloy steel that can hand some decent weight. Perfect for using a single cable with leg extensions/curls, lat pulldowns, rows, etc.

nice spreader for cable machines of all types. works well

The adjustments has multiple advantages during my workout. This is a great addition to my training routine.

I don't use it much, but when I do, it does the business. Doing lat pull downs and low rows, connecting both stacks of my functional trainer, this speader plate works. I highly recommend this accessory.

Works as intended.

This allows for definite variation in 'hanging' scenarios. Good, solid construction and the swivel keeps you from buying the expensive mount.

This KORIKAHM Multi-Grip LAT Pull Down Bar is a great addition to my home gym. It's well-made, durable, and offers a variety of grip options for different exercises. I especially like the spreader plate, which allows me to use the bar with a double or single exercise handle. The bar is also very easy to attach to my cable machine. It comes with two stainless steel hooks that simply snap into the pulleys. The bar is also very lightweight, so it's easy to move around and store. I've been using this bar for a few months now, and I'm very happy with its performance. It's helped me to improve my lat pulldowns, rows, and other exercises. I would definitely recommend this bar to other home gym enthusiasts. The only reason I didn't give this bar 5 stars is because the grip handles can be a bit uncomfortable for long workouts. The knurling is a bit too aggressive, and it can start to hurt my hands after a while. I would have preferred a softer rubber grip. Overall, I'm very happy with the KORIKAHM Multi-Grip LAT Pull Down Bar. It's a well-made, durable, and versatile attachment for any home gym. I would definitely recommend it to others. Pros: Well-made and durable Offers a variety of grip options Easy to attach to cable machines Lightweight and portable
