The media could not be loaded. Our rented house was very damp getting to the point of water on the walls and black mold appearing. That's not good for anyone! So I had to buy a dehumidifier to see if it helped.This dehumidifier is excellent, easy to empty and controls are easy to move through, although I did have to read the instruction book lol, but that's what its for anyway.Our house Sat at 75 on checking it should be between 30/50, it's at 62 now less that 48 hours of using and emptying the water tank a number of time, not that it was full. I can't believe how much better the house feels already and how much water has been removed.Nice size like a small suitcase.Noise is ok for us you can't expect it not to make a noise lol.Only thing I would say is the window showing water level could do with being wider, but I know it's just my eye sight.I think it's great value for money as it was on offer when I brought and so glad I brought the larger size.No more water on walls and windows are clear.Excellent product!

I disliked the instruction book which is a joke, the schematic diagram is inaccurate and items mentioned in the instructions are not to be found on the product (ie air flap which should be lifted prior to use - no sign of an air flap) the hose for direct draining is shown as next to the reservoir, it is on the opposite side of the machine! However, the actual machine is wonderful, it is uber efficient and rapidly removed all condensation from the windows and walls, it is extremely quiet, even on full power, literally it cannot be heard when in an adjoining room. It is quite light (drain reservoir prior to moving) and is easy to move about on it's wheels! The power lead could be longer it is about 5/6 feet and in the book it tells you not to use this appliance with an extension lead - strange I thought! Anyway, overall I recommend this unit!

I've only had the dehumidifier for 2 weeks but I'm already enjoying the benefits. It works well, the timer is great and it's not too loud. It is easy to remove the water tank and empty it. It is definitely worth the price.

Wonderful unit to keep my apartment dry. Works perfect and very quiet. I bought a second one for a renter in one of my rentals who had moisture problems and she is now happy as well.

I've been using this for several months now. I have a very damp stone cottage! It really sucks the water out and is super easy to get up and running. I'm terrible at reading directions but all I do is set it to automatic and set a target of humidity (58%) and the machine does the rest.Easy to manually dump out the water and an alarm sounds and it stops when the bucket is full.Highly recommend. Really the only slight problem is its heavy for me to carry up and down stairs but otherwise a good buy.

quiet to run and seems to be doing a good job, still early days. it is heavy so the wheels are very useful. arrived very promptly.

Good dehumidifier for drying clothes which is the reason I bought it.I now hang my clean wet clothes in my bathroom, some on clothes hangers from my shower curtain rail, some on a clothes airer.I do this after taking a shower so it dries my wet room at the same time.In my opinion it is very quiet, a lot quieter than my bathroom extractor fan.It can take 4 to 5 hours to dry them and I do swap the clothes on the airer around occasionally.It is surprising how much water the machine actually draws out, I've not tried the continuous flow pipe yet but this looks very easy to install.Very simple to use with a timer setting as well.It is a nice size and very easy to manoeuvre with its castors, it has quite a long lead, my plug socket is in the hallway and I don't need an extension lead.Good value for money, I have now sold my tumble dryer.
