Ideal for my household as the 'jug' type is not suitable due to arthritis, light, easy to fill, fast boil. Recommended.

This little kettle is a thing of beauty!It's a little bit quirky looking, nice and light, but big enough to make several drinks at a time.I had no problem filling it from the spout, and of boils quickly and relatively quietly.No leakage when pouring, and a lovely cherry red colour.10/10 for me, so far.

I really like the design, its light weight and easy to use but being only 1.5l I often need a 2nd fill up and when you remove the lid to fill the steam burns your hand, thats why I think its not practicle, you can fill it from the spout but it takes longer to do and when you are cooking you dont want to wait. Love the look its very smart but overall I was disappointed.

This is an excellent kettle , do much do , it’s my 3rd one (not a fault of the kettle) as I left the previous 2 on top of my ceramic job & didn’t realise it was on , hence burned the bottom of kettle . The base of kettle had a swivel action do no problem with the annoying leads . Beautifully made & to look at , I have the Almond (cream) coloured one . Excellent product & highly recommend .

Great little kettle, perfect size for us. It boils quickly, you have to be careful if removing lid when it’s just boiled so as not to burn yourself but we have found it much better to fill from the spout which is a good size. I would recommend this kettle.

This kettle looks nice, boils quickly and is so much quieter than our previous kettle. Due to arthritis I needed a kettle with the handle on the top and this kettle has that and I can hold it with ease without spilling any water. Great kettle.

Having the handle on the top is SO much easier for those with weak wrists to use! It is easy to fill via the spout and the spout is also well designed to pour the water into the tea pot (or for the unconverted, not using leaf tea, into the mug). I have two small gripes: there is no indication of where this kettle is made! and the kettle body does get a bit too hot. IF this IS made in the U.K. then Prestige should be very proud of the fact and emphasise it.ADDED 19th November 2021: After 1 month the flimsy on and off button stopped lighting up when switched on and I decided to send the kettle back for credit. Beldray, the supplier, were tremendously helpful and supportive. Very dissappointed, as the product had some useful benefits.

Pours nicely, easy enough to fill through the spout (no flip lid), light enough but husband thinks it’s ugly. Fine for the money I say. Water tastes a bit odd initially - taste goes away after a while.
