Five stars worth every penny of it
• I purchased the Lundberg bed/pillow to help with pressure relief, as I’ve had a persistent bedsore for the past year. • The product is firm but very comfortable, and it’s clearly designed to offload pressure from the sacrum. • Although I still need to be turned every two hours, this bed/pillow has made the routine more manageable and less painful. • I’ve noticed a genuine improvement in comfort and healing since using it. • It’s relatively expensive compared to some alternatives, but in my experience, it does exactly what it promises. • I’m giving it five stars because it has truly made a positive difference in my care routine. • I would highly recommend it to anyone needing serious pressure relief or dealing with long-term bedsores.

Really works… came in handy when my dad was on a hard bed at the hospital. Helped alleviate the pressure. Just make sure you are putting it in the right place where it lifts to alleviate the pressure or else it’s useless. There are a ton of tutorials online

I purchased this when I bought the bed rail I wasn’t real sure about it. I didn’t think it would work but actually it does very well. I keep the opening on the inside of my back and put the corner up so I’m leaning on it and there’s no pressure on my back at all. I move it when I get up and down. I position it when I get back in bed and it works wonderful, can’t say enough about it.

This pillow was very helpful in positioning my aunt with Dementia to prevent bed sores. It can be set for different positions and the cover keeps it clean

This is a reasonably decent bedsore pillow/wedge (or whatever else you wanna use it with) that seems well made and for the most part works as expected. It comes with 2 pillowcases which is great although I'm not entirely certain about the effectiveness of the moisture resistant pillowcase. The anti-slip backing does help though that most others I've come across surprisingly don't have. The physical build quality is decent; it has 2 pillows; one being the main bulky one and the 2nd allows for slightly adjustment of the thickness and/or the angle of the pillow which I find somewhat useless but I suppose it's always to have the option. The pillows are made of solid block of ordinary foam that's slightly softer than expected but they work just fine nonetheless. It'd be much better if these are memory foams though or at least partially made of memory foam. I haven't tried it for long but for the few days that I have, it does provide some alleviation of discomfort for my back; though, I'm still working on finding the best positions/orientations for me for the longer term. It's reasonably firm for me personally although I probably wouldn't mind something harder still because these foam, as they all do, gradually lose their ability to retain their shape so a firmer one could probably last longer. ≡ Value All things considered, this is a fairly decent [bedsore] pillow/wedge that's well made (including the pillowcases) and it' seems reasonably effective at the moment; however, it's also a bit pricey at $150 in comparison to others with comparable quality and size. Your mileage might vary.
