Perfect for 3D Printed Toolheads and Parts
I am working on an EVA3 tool head for a Zero G Mercury 1.1 conversion and got these since they were the correct size from the bill of materials. They came neatly packaged in a bag and work as expected. They were easy to install with a heated soldering iron to push them in. The grip seems strong and the M3 screws thread perfectly through the inserts. Extremely happy with these and looking forward to using them to secure more prints and help me finish my conversion!

If you're 3D printing assemblies, get these.
You will also appreciate having a set of soldering tips for installing these. I used https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08B17VQLD. The combination is a game-changer for creating screwed-together multi-piece 3D assemblies. For PET-G, and probably for other plastics, design the part with holes about 1.5mm larger than the desired screw. Put one of these on the appropriate soldering tip, wait a few seconds, then ease them into the hole, flush with the surface. Voila! Strong and secure threaded holes that can be easily assembled/disassembled repeatedly.

Expensive but quality and strong
Spend on the inserts, not on the heat tool to insert them.These are great: very clear dimensions, chamfered, hatches in different directions.Check YouTube for reviews, comparisons etc.They cost maybe 5-10x more than the cheapest but your parts and time printing them is worth the few cents extra, including if you build a printer or something complex and the heat inserts are crappy.

These M3 threaded inserts work great in 3d prints.
You get 100 in the pack. The measurements are on the insert in the pack so you know what geometry to put in the 3d model. They work well with a soldering iron (my tip fits in the insert :-) . They seem to hold really well. I am very happy with these M3 threaded inserts for my 3d prints.

Decent quality I suppose.
These are the first inserts that I've ordered. I was a little disappointed that they're not as precise as I was hoping. The lead time on these is weeks, so maybe don't order if you're trying to finish a project tomorrow. I think I'll try my luck with the inserts off Ail Ex next time. at least I'll save some money.

Good quality inserts
I got a full bag and used about 10 of these on a project. They seem to be excellent quality. The threading is correct and they slide into place in my printing with a heated soldering iron.

Great for 3D printed enclosures!
This is very easy to install and I use it with a #10 screw. It can even be reused if you put initially in the wrong spot! Just push it through and move it to the new location.That said, I just got in a package shown in the photo where the white label is the correct part that I ordered but the black original label for for another part! So a replacement is being sent out, which is good, but now I have to make a special trip to Whole Foods to return the incorrect part. Could I possibly just keep this incorrect part rather than take 45 minutes of my time and gasoline to return it? Thanks
