Tarte Sculptor Lipstick & Lipgloss - Kind

Color on my skin is Ok. I'm fairly complected. Not my favorite lipstick color

I expected that this was a product that had two parts. A lipstick on top and a lip gloss on the bottom. However, I found that there was no way to open the bottom 1/2 of the product. Perhaps this was just a defect in my purchase but I will never risk buying a Tarte product online again.
