Had a 13’ 2019 that just conked out on me and needed something quick that had all the bells and whistles with bigger screen and faster processor. Came almost a week early in EXCELLENT condition. seamless transition, and it’s big. Works great for higher level statistics. The price was the best part. I feel I got lucky with this price. Grad school budget can be tight and getting this felt like a steal. Bought other one for my dad just like it and he very much likes his too.

So I definitely would recommend this business buying Apple products outside of Apple. The computer looked brand new no scratches no dents no dings no scrapes it works perfect I use it every day. I’m in school and it’s amazing. I even was able to get AppleCare on it which I did not expect And that is golden so if you’re looking for Apple products without paying Apple prices, definitely buy from the seller they sell Quality Apple products that are literally like brand new perfect functioning products and you might even be able to get AppleCare on your item just like me and literally have zero worries with your purchase

I mean it works but not the way it should. The keyboard has given me nothing but issues and I don’t know why. As soon as I received my Mac I had to reset it due to the test account being locked which honestly wasn’t a horrible deal. Ever since my keyboard has been using the left arrow to turn my volume down or my volume down button to move left. Any time I type C or M it adds a C if I type M and an M if I type C. Debating on returning because I don’t get what is going on.

Saving a few hundred dollars buying refurbished - like new from box. Comes with charger, etc. Easy start up and set up. The only problem I have noticed thus far (had for a few weeks) is some trouble with the track pad - it gets stuck sometimes, but that be more my fingers than the trackpad itself.

The 15" M2 MacBook Air 16/512 I ordered really was in excellent condition as promised. Not a single scratch or blemish. And everything functioned perfectly. It didn't come in the original Apple packaging, but well-protected nonetheless. It came with what appeared to be a new dual 60w charger with braided cable. (One reviewer complained about getting a cheap knock-off charger, but that wasn't my experience.)What also motivated me to leave a 5-star review is that I ended up deciding this model MacBook wasn't going to meet my needs. I was nervous about the return process and getting a refund, but it went well. For this expensive kind of device, you may be directed to an Amazon locker location instead of a Whole Foods or other convenient location you might be accustomed to for returns. Also, would they claim there were problems despite my being super careful about resetting and repackaging the MacBook? Or maybe I'll get informed that they never received it?!Well, I'm here to attest that the return was easy, reliable and the refund was issued in about half of the estimated potential wait time. I would trust this vendor and Amazon for future purchases. 👍🏼
