Lume Whole Body Deodorant - Invisible Cream Tube Mini + Solid Stick Bundle - 72 Hour Odor Control - Aluminum & Baking Soda Free, Skin Loving (Clean Tangerine)

I’ve been seeing ads for Lume on Youtube and like most people assumed it would just be as seen on TV junk. I have always had trouble with smelly armpits - even the clinical stuff can’t give me a full 24hrs of stink-free pits. I’ve tried everything from aluminum free to the highest percentage of aluminum and always disappointed. Last year I tried benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid which was most effective keeping me stink free for over 24 hrs but it does cause a bit of itching and itching a bit of a hassle so I went back to a spray by Secret and accepted that even if I shower in before, I’d be gross before my 12 hr shifts are over. I became pregnant this year and I swear even showering and deodorant doesn’t keep the stink away for more than a couple of hours. Not only that, but the smell of everything is overwhelming and nauseating. I threw out my secret spray and tried unscented bar deodorants by Ban and Secret and even those were too much. I tried going back to the benzoyl/salicyclic, but again the scent 🤢 Feeling hopeless, desperate and after reading positive opinions of Lume on Reddit I decided to splurge. After reading a few Amazon reviews I worried that the Rose scent would be too overpowering, but ordered anyway knowing that I could return it if it didn’t work. I’ve now been using Lume for about a week and must say I am in LOVE. I haven’t sniffed the bar, but after applying 4 swipes on each pit I can say the scent is mild, not triggering and does fade to almost hopeless. This is the first deodorant to give me over 48 hours of stink-free and I’ve been using deodorants for over 20 years! It goes on easily and doesn’t leave an impossible residue on my scrubs like the aluminum stuff does. This product is truly life changing and I will continue to purchase. I did consider giving only 4 stars because $20 is a lot for deodorant, but really it’s a small price to pay to no longer worry about if your coworkers and BF can smell your bo. Feeling insecure to hug because of someone possibly smelling you absolutely sucks. Smell like nothing and feel confident with this stuff. Btw I haven’t tried Lume anywhere other than pits and haven’t tried the cream yet.

Its simply my favorite aluminum-free deodorant. I love that it lasts all day, too. It smells really nice and fresh. Also, and important note- my skin or underarms do not get irritated. This is a super effective deodorant.

I ordered this combo to try the little travel sized tube on a weekend away. I decided I much prefer this stick. For some reason having to touch the product makes the scent very strong, I don't like the extra step of having to wash my hands afterwards. Lume is a good product but waay overpriced, it has a higher price than any other deodorant that I am aware of. I think the solid version is more effective at keeping underarm odors away.

I finally broke down and bought this product. I'm so glad I did! It really has helped me! Being post-menopuasal everything about my body seems to be changing. Staying fresh, oder free with no itching was a concern for me, but not anymore. I have already placed a reorder after spying a great deal, because I know I'll be wanting more. Try it, you'll love it!

I hesitated to spend this much on deodorant — I mean, it’s deodorant, not liquid gold. But after using Lume, I get it. My pits are living their best, irritation-free life, and they smell so good I might start charging admission. It’s like my underarms went from “angry swamp” to “spa day in paradise.” Sure, it’s a little pricey, but peace, confidence, and pleasantly scented pits? Totally worth it.

I love lume and have been using it off and on for years. It’s a little pricey, but a great product that kept me fresh. The small to go cream is perfect for on the go or in you forgot to put on, you have it ready to apply. Love it!

Tube works better than solid that can dry out and be harder to put on. Aromas pleasant, not long lasting. Decent deal for the sale price.

The scent isn’t the best but it works great and doesn’t leave the Ailton pits feeling sore like other deodorants

I switched from aluminum deodorant to this, I was worried about the transition but it went well! The scent is so good, not too strong. A little pricey but I value what I put on my body so it’s worth it!

Overall I haven’t been incredibly impressed with this product. First of all the tube of lotion is incredibly small - more like a sample size. The scent of the deodorant (I got the lavender and sage one) is not very nice either - it’s a very noticeable and harsh scent, so I feel like even if my body odour isn’t present, I very much smell like the deodorant. And then most importantly the claims of 72 hours of odour blocking? Absolutely not. It’s slightly better than a “normal” deodorant but not significantly, especially considering the price of this product. Some days it doesn’t even last a whole day on my underarms without needing to reapply. Using the lotion on other body parts is a bit more successful - it does help keep odour away for the day, but only for the day, not 3 days.
