However, the bottle also lists microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide, which are used as bulking/anti-caking agents.These additional ingredients are not clearly shown in the Amazon product description, so customers cannot see the full formulation before deciding whether to buy.I would expect a supplement listing to provide the complete ingredient list shown on the actual packaging. If I had known about these additional fillers and processing agents beforehand, I would not have purchased it.

Ich nehme die Ashwa Plus Kapseln täglich wie empfohlen ein und bin bisher zufrieden. Die Kapseln haben eine angenehme Größe und lassen sich problemlos schlucken.Die Verpackung macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und die Dosierung mit zwei Kapseln pro Tag ist einfach in den Alltag zu integrieren. Ich persönlich habe mit dem Produkt gute Erfahrungen gemacht und nutze es gerne regelmäßig.Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist für mich die Marke ESN, mit der ich auch bei anderen Produkten bereits gute Erfahrungen gemacht habe. Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Produkt sehr zufrieden.

Ik heb dit voedingssupplement geprobeerd, maar helaas werkt het voor mij niet goed. Na het innemen word ik misselijk, wat erg onaangenaam is. Daarnaast merk ik dat mijn slaap er negatief door wordt beïnvloed; ik kan slecht in slaap komen en blijf onrustig wakker liggen. Ik zou dit product daarom niet aanraden aan mensen die gevoelig zijn voor misselijkheid of slaapproblemen. Jammer, want ik had gehoopt dat het me zou helpen, maar dit is voor mij geen succes.

Good product. I take two pills after dinner and works like a charm.
