Can this be used with a lead instead of a harness?

Lead would be too long u need to fasten to there collar or harness to keep them in place

Does anyone know if this works in Kia picanto? I can't find any which do.

I have a BMW and it works brilliantly- I think it would work in any car ad it plugs into the normal seatbelt plug. I use it everyday as my staffie is 12 years old & can’t walk all the way to the fields & back, so we drive !

Is this made in China?

Not as far as I know. It is very good quality.

do these work with a scoda ocatavia?

It should fit any car as it’s a universal clip which clips into the seat belt unit. Very good and keeps dog safe
