Excellent product! A must have for the disabled person.
If you have or know of a disabled person this is the thing to get them. I use this for everything!I put on my underwear, socks, pull things closer to me, shut doors, lights, and so on.I use this more often than any item I have purchased. If you get it though it comes with a little rubber cap. I didn’t realize you could put it on the end of the hook and I pitched it.

I keep finding new uses.
Versatile tool. Shirt, move to reach armhole. Shoes, shoehorn. Pick up, the end can lift a shoe or sock. The cuphook end can adjust socks for more room in the toe. Maneuver underwear so toe can enter the leg hole. Lift underware waistband to reachable height. The hook has a rubbery coating which makes it more useable. I probably use it ten or more times a day. One caution: the hook on the side can be broken off. I tried to remove compression socks and broke it. I immediately bought a replacement.

Works as Dressing Stick
Works as a dressing stick as intended. Be aware of splintering wood, though! It comes in 2 pieces, and you have to attach them together.

Just had back surgery - This gives some independence.
I just had back surgery. This simple stick has given me the ability to "mostly" dress myself. Also allows me the ability to do simple things such as make my bed, sorta, open and close curtains, open and close some windows. Also found a great reason for the ability to be able to unscrew the 2 halve from each other.I can't bend down in the car to release the gas filler door. This is something not listed in the description.I have become quite creative with this simple stick. It is definitely worth getting.

best thing ever!
I had severe arthritis in my right hip. dressing was so painful lifting that leg. Finally got the surgery for the hip. My physical therapist suggested a dressing stick. well, I found it on Amazon. Wish I had know about it long ago. What a great tool! I can can get my slacks, shorts ,etc. on so easily. Plus if I happen to drop a piece of clothing on the floor, I use the dressing stick to pick it up. Worth every penny! I love it!!!!

I would give zero stars if I couid.
Mine lasted all of eight days, on day five I knew it was going to fail soon. The metal piece (covered with a white substance) started to bend and on day eight it broke. I would give zero stars if I couid. Since i'm confined to a bed so returning it is out of the question.

Even if they were not expensive..,
These were kind of flimsy despite being on wooden handles! The pieces that do the work of assisting me with dressing ( ie: pulling down bra/ shorts or pulling up jeans etc) came apart from the handle in a matter of weeks, so I was happy that I didn't pay more for the set. Saying that, they weren't worth it
