High quality and looks amazing too. I believe it is filled to capacity. It could have some removed if you prefer a softer bag. I am nearly 300 lbs and this bag can take a beating. 150lbs is a great weight for all punches and elbows. I recommend getting the bottom D ring to secure the bottom if you're planng to throw big kicks

More than happy with this extremely high quality bag. Outslayer needs no introduction as the absolute tops with durable bags, especially Muay Thai shapes. But when I saw this wider and heavier offering for boxing, I couldn't pass it up. Extremely pleased with the consistency of the fill, the weight, and the perfect size. Hooks feel so natural and it doesn't swing excessively, even without a d ring and weight. It cracks like nobody's business too. I'm a heavyweight and can hit pretty good, but this bag just eats it up. This is pro level equipment. If it's good enough for Mayweather, it's good enough for me. I was concerned ordering a heavy bag of this size expecting it to be damaged during shipping. The bag arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was a durable, waterproof cover that absorbed any of the shipping damage. The bag is symmetrical and well balanced on the hang, The stitching is tight and the bag is comparable and perhaps better than similar bags from Title boxing. I've been using the bag regularly for several months and it is holding up well. I highly recommend this bag.

Picked up the Outslayer 150 lbs. heavy bag along with the Outslayer 6.8 ft stand. I'm using four 50 lbs. sandbags for stability and added a spring to it as suggested on some reviews, and I have to say my setup is perfect. I absolutely love it. I've given it some solid punches and kicks almost daily in the couple of weeks that I've had it, and thus far, it feels totally solid. Almost went with some way cheaper 80 lbs. setup I saw at Dick's sporting goods. But after doing some research, it became clear that that you get what you pay for. Totally worth the extra bucks for something much better quality. Highly recommend it.

This is a great heavy bag it is very durable, well made and the design is very slick. This company by far produces the best heavy bags in my opinion and I have ran through a ton of punching bags.

This Outslayer XL bag is amazing. I have used many heavy bags for workout, including all the name brands like Everlast, Title, Ringside, etc. This is by far the most impressive bag. I like the size which is extra wide. The height is also perfect for use on my Outslayer standing rack. I am 5'11" and it is a perfect setup for me. I ordered mine in hard fill and it certainly feels hard so gloves are recommended. I ordered mine in custom color: light blue with black straps. In spite of the custom color, the bag arrived within one week which was a pleasant surprise. Outslayer makes good product and this bag is no exception. For those who are planning to do kicks this bag may not be long enough so you would want to order the banana bag instead. For boxing which is what I train this bag is an ideal choice. Finally, I ordered mine with the ring on the bottom so I can strap it to the floor one day to prevent the bag from swinging which is not really a problem for me at this point.
