I am going to sound like an ad for Lock and Love, but I swear they don't give me free products or any incentives, I just REALLY like their clothes.Why? They fit me well - always. I am tall (5'9") and big (40DDD, Size 16-18). I can tell these were designed for American women.Why? The material is always soft (my husband remarks on that every time I wear something of theirs).Why? The price is right!So I ordered two of these Kimono style dresses.I only have two small "complaints":1) It is very low cut ~ that said, I bought these dresses to wear at home during the hot Texas summer so this doesn't matter to me as much as it usually would2) They are pretty short -- about mid-thigh (but remember I am tall; I wear 34" length in men's Levi's).I am going to order more so I know I'll have them if Lock and Love stop making them (that's what happened with a certain style tunic they used to make. I have one in every color and so glad I do; they stopped making them).

I bought 6 of these dresses. 3 of them are prints/patterns and 2 are flat colors. The patterns have a different material. They are a better material and look really cute. The flat colors (black and blue) are a very soft material that seems to stick to every part of your body that you are trying to hide. Also, they seem smaller.Prints/patterns - Awesome, 5 Stars.Flat colors - 2 stars.

This dress is amazing! I originally bought it to use as a coverup for a trip to Mexico, but it fits so well that I'll wear it everywhere. I'm 135lbs and 5'5" and a medium fit perfectly.

I picked up my package from the Post Office this morning (May 11,2019). Shipping was extremely fast. Package actually arrived Monday and order was placed Friday, May 3rd. The item itself is so soft and cute. I've owned this item previously from another vendor and wore the dress until it became stiff and started to pill (over the course of several years). This is my happy replacement. I ordered both an xl and a xxl just to compare the sizes and length. The 2xl is bigger thru the waist only a bit but more thru the bust. The v-neckline is deeper also. The dress is SHORT. I am 5'8" and about 195-205 lbs. I have a short waist with longer legs and this falls about mid-thigh on me. I ALWAYS wear bike shorts under dresses that are this length no matter what. Since this will be part of my casual every day type dress that I wear with Chuck Taylor's, the bike shorts just make it look more laid back and summer ready. I'd suggest getting your regular size if you are looking for a precise fit or go up one additional size if you like a looser fit. It is ultra cute and comfy.

Smelled really bad of chemicals initially. Hung out to air. Smell subsided.Cheap quality but for the price, it's expected.I'm 5'5 chubby at 165 or a little more with 38 C bra size and large fit. Elastic around chest can be positioned for comfort. Not great but OK to lounge.I figure I can wear it around the house, on a casual outing, as a beach or pool cover up or a nightgown.It is soft and comfortable and actually flattering because of the deep V and empire style.I'm 58 with a C cup and nice cleavage and I can wear it without a bra. Because the elastic is under the breasts, it keeps breasts in place and with the little stretch..lifted. No bra...AHHHHHIt's not too short either. I have a little bit shorter waist, chubby tummy and longer slim legs and its still flattering.I actually bought more because they are flattering, comfortable and versatile. Has enough room that it doesn't cling to body and show rolls and imperfections. The darker colors are more slimming and don't show imperfections as much.You can stay cool, be comfortable and still look put together in this dress.

This dress is cute and fits as expected. I typically can wear a 24-26 in dresses, and 3x fits great. The only caveat is that it's a bit short for my taste. I'm 5'8" and it hits several inches above the knee. I wear it over leggings. The material is nice and washes well.

I'm short at slightly less than 5 ft 2 and am pear shaped. This dress has a true empire waistline for me, and is so flattering because it falls at the slimmest part of my waist. The material is beautifully soft and comfy, perfect for the summer! This dress can be dressed up or down, and it doesn't stick to the skin. No worries about any lumps or bumps showing!My measurements are: Bust 40" Waist 33" (upper waist 31") Hips 40". The L is just a little loose, and I think I could have gotten away with a M. But I love the comfy fit and the more billowy skirt, so I decided to stick with the L.The red is vibrant, and I'd say it's a warmer tone. I also purchased this in the lilac, which is much softer and pastel. Both are very pretty.I definitely recommend this dress! Will be buying more!

The dress itself is perfect! Fits great, comfortable, hides the problem areas, true to size. The material is so soft and breathable, a TAD sheer but nothing the right color undergarments won't conceal. I was so thrilled when it arrived and even more excited about how it fit! I want it in every color! But I don't typically spend this much on myself, not that the price is extremely unreasonable. When I got it I cut off the tag and paired it with some jewelry and sandals and went to go run some errands. As we were in the car my daughter noticed a few small defects in one arm of the dress. My review is bitter sweet, I LOVE the dress but HATE that it's damaged. Great buy!!! As long as you don't have the same issue </3
