This card is not compatible with the hero 5 black ...
This card is not compatible with the hero 5 black. It will work at first but after a certain amount data has been stored, it will come up with sd card error. Also if you go on GoPro website and check the list of suitable sd cards, this one is not listed.

Don’t waste your money
Why didn’t I read the reviews? What a waste of money. Absolute lie - this is NOT comparable with a GoPro hero black 5. Do NOT buy. SD card error will occur and will drain battery life

As per other comment; worked to begin but then failed to store photo's; don't buy for the Go Pro Hero 5.
