The raceway looks clean and is firmly attached. I used it to run a power cord and hdmi cable to a wall mounted TV. There is enough space for 2-3 cables total, in my opinion. I think if you had more than 3 cables, it might start to get a bit cramped and possibly not fit well, if at all. However for 2 or 3 cables, it works perfectly. It took no time at all and the adhesive tape is plenty strong to keep the raceway firmly attached to the wall. The look is clean and really improves the appearance over having loose wires hanging.

Very satisfied
Just wall-mounted a TV and had to bridge a 15" gap between the lower edge of the TV and the surface of my entertainment center in order to hide electrical cord and antenna cable. Since codes do not allow to put a standard power cord behind the sheetrock (only low voltage lines are permitted), it would be quite additional work and cost for correctly placing the connection cords inside the wall. The CMC-01 surface raceway provided exactly the right dimensions as needed so that I could gap the distance with one piece. For this size and the vertical arrangement (no weight load on the channel by the cables) I tried the included mounting tape despite warning on the package that this is not suited for textured walls. The real good tape sticks perfectly. I mounted the U-profile against the wall so that it was very easy to arrange the cables inside. All I had to do was sliding the cover over, and the job was done within less than 5 minutes. And if I want to add or remove a line down the road, I just slide the cover off.Although I needed only one piece, I am very happy that I bought the entire kit because the easiness and variations of installation will give me a lot of other applications in the future. Also the delivered hardware with self-drilling sheetrock anchors is outstanding and not expected considering the price.

Pretty good. Could be better.
You get a whole lot of pieces for a pretty good price. Everything you need for a custom application. The one thing I hate and warrants the loss of a star is the junction pieces snap on and don't have backs. It is hard to make them level or square with the rest of the track. A minor annoyance for the price. However I love the double sided adhesive as I hate having to drill a bunch of holes and place anchors. Would I buy again? Probably. I'd look for a higher quality set for a comparable price before doing so though and wouldn't just hit buy again.

Great product, but watch the sticky tape.
I've used this cord to protect my ethernet cable which runs from one room, down the hall, into the office. Gives a very clean look, and keeps cord lined against wall and out of sight. Also provides protection from pets who like to chew on cables.Do be careful using the adhesive provided. I tested it before committing to using it along the whole protector length, and it ripped the paint right off the wall. I chose not to use it and instead bought some 3M stickies from the store which do the job just fine without taking the paint off the wall.

Looks good. Mounting is a pain. Too short.
Overall I like this but there's plenty of room for improvement. I'll do pros and cons:Pros:- it looks nicer than any of the other raceway products out there. I like the modern, square shape it makes.- I like that the cover snaps on, instead of being just a molded piece attached to the backing that you have to press down afterward like most raceways.- comes with a lot of connectors- two mounting methods is nice in theory...Cons:- both included mounting methods are sub-par.- the tape is easy to get onto the raceways, but the red backing on the tape is IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE. Seriously, I give this tape 0 stars.- the drywall anchors are the horrible "self-drilling" variety. I hate these because they make a bigger mess, require a far bigger hole, and half of the time they go in terribly.- the included screws are bizarrely short. They barely look like they should be able to get through the plastic of the raceway, let alone into one of the drywall anchors. They do, but just barely, and they can't get enough purchase to make the head of the screw flush with the plastic. It's easy to strip the threads on the anchor trying to get these screws further in.- positioning the raceway strips so that the connectors clip into the covers wasn't worth the time it would have taken me to measure it out, so I just butted the strips together. Fortunately they look good enough to do that.- they're just too short! having to place one of these every foot and a quarter along a 12 foot wall was a little maddening. I get that the shorter lengths makes for more configurations without cutting them down, but this was annoying.Overall I'll be going back to my cable raceway in a box product. I needed something in a hurry so I tried this.

Better (good-better-best)
It's better than white duct tape:) I had no problems figuring it out and it can hold a few cables with no problems. I was able to cut the pieces to lengths I needed with boning scissors from the kitchen(to give you an idea of the softness of the material), you could a box cutter or saw. It comes with adhesive tape that works fine on a clean surface. If you are in a greasy area, you will need to screw the track to the surface so it does not fall off later. I would recommend fastening it to a ceiling with screws as well to avoid the inevitable fall from the ceiling.

These are great.
We bought these to toddler proof our daughters room. We paired them with outlet boxes and now have 100% peace of mind. These are rock-solid once installed. Installation is pretty easy with the adhesive. Our walls are slightly textured but he adhesive worked anyway. However I’d note: the long covers don’t slide very smoothly, so once cords are inside the track, it’s pretty tough to get them out. I wouldn’t recommend using these for plugs/cords you need to switch out a lot. I ran an extension cord through mine and then plug/unplug stuff from the end of the extension cord that’s sitting on the top of our daughters wardrobe.
