These have helped me sleep better and be regular.
This product is amazing! I have had stomach issues my whole life. I have tried everything to alleviate the pain and issues I've had over the years. I decided to give this a try and I have to say that I am impressed. The first day I started drinking these, I slept better than I had in years. I had vivid dreams and woke up refreshed. The other thing I have really been impressed with is that I have been extremely regular since I started drinking these. They taste great too.

Tastes good
I love Poppy and I love the cherry limeade flavor. It smells like cherry limeade and tastes like it and I love that it gives me the sensation of having a soda. I am really trying to quit drinking soda and this helps immensely with my cravings. I actually prefer Poppy to olipop and that’s just my preference. I also don’t like flavored sparkling water, and the poppy gives me more of an actual taste.

I like these Poppi cherry limeade for a treat but I have only been able to get them once, aft er that I haven't been able to get that particular flavor and that is the only flavor I like. When I do get them I have to hide them when my daugter visits because she always drink my last one. LOL

Good flavor, good ingredients, not sure about the value for the money. If you're a soda addict trying to drink healthier, I guess it may be worth you hard earned cash but unless it's on sale, I won't be buying again as I can get a better deal at Costco!

Best tasting Poppi!
I have always been a big soda drinker. To have a healthier option while still tasting great is so nice. I definitely spend more money than I should on these but to me they are well worth it. They are delicious.
