So many things claim “nonstick.” This one actually means it! I use nothing degrees the pan and it comes out clean every single time. Everything bakes and comes out beautiful, without dark browning.

I love these pans, these are my second set. No need to spray baked items come right out. And bakes beautiful. Highly recommended. Also easy to clean just wipe out doesn't stick.

Excellent solid, handsome, non-toxic cookware
I've never been a fan of non-stick cookware because it's hard to know for sure what chemicals are imbedded in those non-stick coatings. Finding Caraway was so exciting. They are heavyweight, solid and beautiful. Nothing sticks to the ceramic surface and cleaning takes literally seconds. They are expensive, but I have the feeling I won't have to replace them. What a good product.
