First off this is a sturdy unit and well packaged. Even though the box had been bashed every single panel was protected and not a scratch.Once build it is very sturdy and looks amazing. I am really happy with how it looks.The issue is that none of the parts were numbered, even though the instructions refer to each part by number. Also I think the design changed or parts are shared between different units as there were 3 panels with extra wholes in them that were not use (and are not seen).On the flip side there were no pre-drilled holes for the top of the hinges or any cabling at the back. I had to drill those carefully. All in all quite the ordeal.I would not order this again now that I know. Ended up with a hole in the middle shelf where I got the sides round the wrong way. A soundbar covers it but its annoying as if the panels were numbered its would not have been an issue.

This product looks good, however the quality and sturdiness is terrible. The wood easily chips and scratches and if anyone were to press a little hard on it, it will 100% break.Not only this, they forgot my LED lights which is quite poor given this product is more expensive than most other TV units.In addition (pictures added) I was four wooden chips short! Later on I noticed that the wooden chips had been pushed into the wood which my father and I had to pull out manually! Absurd.

I cant fault the quality of this unit, everything fits perfectly. The instructions are clear and it takes time but the result is a stylish, strong and quality self build.There are some things unclear though ( I have built hundreds of items) :1) The screws to use for the hinge base for the doors is unclear and the only screws spare to use are simply too thin to secure so these are a bit loose it 2) The hinge support arm holes were too low to connect them, this means new holes had to be made and originally thought I had messes up but a design/production flaw that is annoying on the one I got.Even with these issues the other 90% was easy and I really like this unit.

There was a problem with lack of pre-drilled (or drilled out of line) holes; a phone call to their clearly shown number on the boxes ... and the two parts were sent to me. (Just annoying when you have other things to do! I was put in the position were I couldn't wait so I drilled them myself). The only other fault was that on these end panels, THE INSTRUCTIONS didn't match. They've modified the design by removing two of the four hinges shown, but didn't let their customers know? Little things mean a lot.Still, a very fine product looking even better with our 65"LG sitting on it.

Looks ok but thought for how much it cost it would be made of better wood looks like it’s from the 80s But thankfully the doors are made of better wood the frame is not

Good product, easy to follow instructions, very happy.Only negative is the lack of cable holes, there's 2 holes in the back that just fit 3 cables through each, for somebody thats got consoles, soundbar, catch up tv box and other miscellaneous product, its not enough. But I drilled a couple more holes in the back and between the bottom segments to allow for cables to run between alcoves. Other than that, alls good.

A decent tv unit that looks very nice with the (optional) LED lights! For UK buyers beware that DPD may split your order into 2 (there are 2 packages) so no need to worry like I did! Customer service very quick and packages delivered sooner than expected

Good sturdy unit, the customer service was very good. One of the part were faulty but they’d managed to send a new part out fairly quickly.Heads up you parcel may come in 2 separate deliveries.
