My husband and I both take these and they are great. My husband says if he takes them too late in the evening, he has a hard time sleeping. I haven’t experienced this but I also take mine early morning. Don’t get the fishy burps which is the main thing I look for in an omega 3. They don’t smell either.

The reason that I like this product is mainly because of the supply it offers. Having a 30 day supply is super handy and it saves me the trouble of constantly having to repurchase. It's a good deal and very efficient. Highly recommend it!
