I LOVE this design. It seems “me” proof which means I am less likely to break it. You can drop this thing on the floor and your pills will not pop out and you won’t break it. This is far superior over those plastic ones that won’t close if you pack the pills in. It does take a while to screw them apart then back together but I think it’s worth it to know your pills are secure. Seems like I can toss this in a bag or drawer and no pills will get lost. If you are a person who is excessively orderly and fussy other wise know as anal retentive than have no fear. When you screw the compartments back together the day labels will line up (I was very fearful of this being an issue). When I first open up the package, I thought it would be too small but I fit my 10 variety of sized pills in one compartment AND I think I could have squeezed a few more in. Because of the design Sunday and Saturday are even bigger. I take about 9-11 supplements a day and they fit! 10/10 recommend.

This is the first organizer I have found that holds my daily supplements. The drugstore ones were bulging so much that I had to use tape to keep them closed especially while traveling. It will fit in my makeup bag with a little reorganizing for travel. In here I have: 2 magnesium glycinate (could fit all 4 for a morning and evening dose for hard workout days!) 3 collagen 1 multivitamin 1 hyaluronic acid 1 vitamin d 1 biotin 1 daily amino acid 1 vitamin B complex 1 cranberry supplement As shown several of these supplements are quite large and take up a considerable amount of real estate but they fit nicely in here and there's room to adjust or add meds if needed. I will definitely order 2 more. I like to have 3 weeks setup and ready to use so I can take them when I wake up with my protein shake. This is perfect if you take vitamins and supplements for working out or skin care maintenance or have a plethora of meds. It was easy to open it's just loud to open or close. This is shown alongside a Creme brand lip gloss container (iykyk). It is almost the same size so with the top lid it's not unmanageable in a purse or bag. It would not fit in a tiny purse or bag for an evening out. This may not be useful for someone with grip or motor skill issues. This would be a try it and see because of screwing the chambers together but would be worth it for sturdiness alone. Hope this helps anyone else looking for something to hold their supplements or meds. 7/7/23 edit. Not taking any stars off because I really love this organizer. There is a downside though that it doesn't have a second cap if you're traveling with just a couple days to keep vitamins safe for the part of the container not traveling. I had to put the exposed day into a the drugstore plastic ones and spread it over two days to stay shut until I could take them when I got back. The couple days I took with though traveled perfectly in my purse. 7/16/23 update. I bought the smaller one to see how it would fit my current supplements and med. It just fits. There's not too much room if anything were to be added. But it fit everything listed above. So if you have that much and want a smaller footprint this may work for you. I will try a water test on this next week when I finish what's in one.

If you're going on an adventure and you want to be certain your meds will be safe, this is your med container. If you're at home and want something convenient, this might not be your med container. The pics have the same number and type of pills in the two cases i currently have. There is still space in both for more pills, although the metal one probably has just a little less room. This one is also significantly shorter than the plastic one by about two days. I don't have to jam it in as much in packing. This container seems solid and it feels highly water resistant. It has fine threads which is great to keep things out. But, in the wrong hands, I could see someone putting it together crooked and crossthreading it. It has o-rings at each joint and comes with extras. It's been a comfort knowing i wasn't going to open a bag and find my pills scattered everywhere. Now, the convenience, or lack there of. I've found at home that unscrewing and screwing and unscrewing and screwing and unscrewing and screwing is a hassle. Flipping open the tops on the plastic one is much easier. Although, the plastic one has its own issues that i reviewed for it. As a product, it's a solid 5. As a traveling pill container, it's a 5. As a convenient pill container that sits on my counter, it's a 3.5.

I take a LOT of daily pills - prescriptions, vitamins, and supplements (under medical supervision). Most recently, I’m up to 12 different pills to take each morning (see photo of just the pills). I’ve always been looking for a classy case for them that doesn’t make me look like I’m two steps away from a care home. For a long time, I thought I’d found a great organizer in the 7 Day Pretty Pillbox from Medcessories (the pink rectangle in the photos). Unfortunately, as my supplements increased, room in the Pretty Pillbox got tight and I had to Tetris in my meds every week. If they weren’t in *just so* I couldn’t get the case closed. Finally, the time came where my docs wanted to add another supplement and that pillbox was finally tapped out. In my search for a slightly bigger, yet still classy pillbox, I decided to try the GMS Stackable 7-Day Pill Organizer (the round rainbow case in the photos) and the Zannaki Metal Moisture Proof Weekly Pill Organizer (this item - pink cylinder in the photos). The WINNER is the Zannaki Pill Organizer, hands down. Pros: - It’s actually slightly smaller in overall dimensions than any of the other 7-day organizers. - It’s waterproof and spill proof. - It’s modular design makes it easy to fill and easy to take only the days you need if traveling. - Most importantly, each section has the largest volume and holds ALL my pills (including the new supplements). Cons: - It’s metal, so it’s a bit on the heavy side. - If you are a bit OCD and you don’t tighten each cylinder just the right way, the days of the week labels end up out of alignment. - The Saturday section is slightly bigger than the other days (as seen in the side-by-side photo with the two extra green pills). Make sure you use any other day to test to ensure each section will hold everything you need. - Because there is no bottom cap, if you want to change the order of the days (for example, I want my week to start with Monday on top), Saturday still has to stay on the bottom. TIP TO MANUFACTURER: There is plenty of room to shorten the top cap and give us a separate bottom cap while maintaining the current silhouette. That would make this the COMPLETELY perfect pill case. Even with the cons, this pill organizer is awesome. All of the pros make this the right size, easy to use and manage, and still super classy looking. No sickly overtones with this case. In fact, I’m going to get a second one in a different color for my evening pills. I’m telling my docs that this taps me out on meds - if they no longer fit in my case, something needs to go! :)

At first glance, I thought there was no way my meds and supplements would all fit, but they do, with room to spare. I included pics with my pills along with a measuring tape so you can better gauge size and number of pills. This product is sleek, compact, lightweight, a very affordable price, and comes in several colors! No worries about this one coming open in your suitcase, backpack, or purse. I also love that you can just take the days of the week you need when traveling. The carrying strap is a nice touch.

I wanted to switch to something more sturdy after my old plastic organizer's lids started snapping off. I like that this one is mostly made of metal. It's a good size for travel (just check with TSA's rules before you assume you are good to go). Screwing each compartment on/off is a lil less convenient than the snap open/shut option of my previous organizer. (It's a bit more annoying than I thought it would be, especially if I'm half awake or running late.) I think I function better when I can see thru transparent sides to confirm if I actually already took my meds. The opacity here means I have to unscrew it to see if I took them or not. ((I'm still deciding if I want to switch to something like a set of corked test tubes or snap top mini mason jars to address the issues I have with this one, but I know that will take up a lot more counter space.)) Each compartment has plenty of room for all my meds and more. The dome on the top compartment makes for a bad seal so I stuff cotton into the dome to prevent my am meds from mixing with the pm (see picture). I haven't tested for waterproof-ness. The lil gasket rings do slip off occasionally and I have to stretch them a bit to replace them, so I personally wouldn't rely on them to be completely waterproof. I'm paranoid and if I was taking it on a rafting trip, I would want secondary measures in place. Overall it gets the job done. It holds plenty of large pills and is more metal than plastic (the lil dividers for am/pm are plastic & removable). It doesn't take up much room. I don't see it breaking down to the point of being unusable any time soon. 4/5 for functionality, durability 2/5 for ease of use

I purchased this pill case even after reading the negative reviews. Some of the concerns were that 1.) the days don’t match up when you close it 2.) the case makes a loud noise when you screw/unscrew it 3.) It takes a long time to screw/unscrew 4.) the rubber gaskets fall off. He are my thoughts: I really like the pill case. It is well made and I really like the blue color. I didn’t have any issues with the days not lining up. When you hand tighten it you just need to turn it another centimeter or so and they line up fine. The case does make a noise when you screw/unscrew but to me it sounds like what you would expect an aluminum case to sound like. I attached a video to this review so you can hear it for yourself (please note that the video sounds much louder than in real life because the pill case is close to the microphone). The grooves on the case are very fine so it does seem to take an extra turn or two to open and close, but that didn’t bother me. You can also see this on the video. And lastly, I haven’t had any issues with the gaskets falling off. The pill case I received came with extra gaskets just in case that happens.

Easy to use and now that I don’t have 3x a day pills -this is great and a smaller option for carrying around!
