I can't believe they consider a regular analog clock retro. 😂Anyway, I had space for something on our display shelves, and I like analog clocks, so I picked up this modern looking small one. The blue goes well with the other pieces. The frame is metal, but it is plastic overall. It requires 1 AA battery to run (not included). It's quiet, looks great, keeps accurate time, low/no maintenance, and there is even an alarm. Another bonus, if the power goes out, even for a brief moment, then I don't have to reset it.

Goes well with my black desk that has a walnut console (monitor stand). Simple, small in size and easy to read-looks good and is silent operator. Add some productivity with an hour alarm or two to keep yourself accountable.

Many clocks are described as quiet but this one is truly SILENT - so glad to find it, ordering more in various colors, although this one is especially pretty - soft apricot hue, works so well, very smooth - THANK YOU!!! -- Just received my 2d one - this time in baby blue. I bought this for my office, and the clean white color gives the space a fresh, modern look. It’s super affordable, but still feels like a great value. I love how compact it is—you can put it anywhere without it taking up space. Bonus: it even has an alarm! Simple, stylish, and functional.

Cute little desk/table clock. Works well, and it’s easy to read from afar. HEADS UP: Read the box before inserting the batteries. The battery should be inserted in a particular way due to the design of the battery slot. I inserted it the way I always insert AA batteries because I didn’t look at the box; I’m lucky I didn’t break it. Just be mindful.

UPDATE!Five Stars simply because this vendor stands behind their products! Not only did they respond to my review by offering a full refund, but they also sent a no charge replacement clock. I never expected this type of customer service given the return window had closed.Give these folks a try, buy their products; they have proven their integrity!If I could give Zero Stars I would. DO NOT BUY THIS CLOCK. Only worked for 35 days! It was accurate, quiet and easy to use. Installed a fresh battery and the clock stopped today. Removed the battery and installed another new battery and nothing. Battery number 3 also was a no go. The batteries were all from a brand new package. And be aware of this. I never used this as an alarm clock. It sat on my desk as a way for me to track my time as I work from home. How could a new clock with three new batteries fail in 35 days?! Anyway it’s too late to return for credit or exchange; so now it’s just a hunk of junk headed to the landfill.

Seems to work great, the alarm is also loud.It is readable.The only problem I have is that it's not exactly "silent". It has a faint noise to it that can be heard if you pay attention to it. It might be bad for those with sensitive ears.The light button doesn't work as I expected. You have to press it down and the moment you stop pressing it it turns off.
