As described
Good grip, they don’t roll at all once put down, a bit too big and heavy for me. Ordered the 2.5kg pair. Want to try to shift the lockdown bingo wings but having never done any exercise or weights in my life I had no clue what weight to go for. Turns out 2.5kg is too much for me and I should have gone lower. I’m pretty strong and I have great big huge man hands, I spend my life picking up small children and heavy bags but still should have gone for 1.5-2kg at most. These are quite big and bulky and too heavy to do a lot of reps in one go for a beginner like me. I’m hopeful that I’ll build up to them eventually but for now they’re a bit much.

If you are not sure if you will get into exercise, then these are a great value buy, and these 5kg have been added to the 4kg, 3kg, 2kg and 1kg sets as the family build up strength.Bought for a female family member after a significant orthopaedic op needing significant rehabilitation, these have been perfect in helping the path to recovery and fitness
