I love this migraine cap. I’m not entirely sure what to say about it. I’ve used it on my head for migraines, to make my eyes less puffy after crying, and to cool down in the summer heat. It chills nicely and quickly and it’s a nice weight to apply just enough pressure when you have a migraine. I’ve also put it on my knee when I tweaked it simply because the weight allowed it to stay put. This item is top tier quality at a reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to reorder it. Oh, and, I’ve got a small head but hubby has a big head and it fits us both without being loose or too tight.

Amazing! Anyone who gets migraines will definitely appreciate this product. The coverage and adjustable aspects are terrific! I bought some thicker ice packs separately

We can’t live without these. They don’t stay cold for an extremely long time, so it’s good to buy a few to keep in the freezer for backups.
