It is a nice thick glass chimney however the description of the size is a complete lie it fits inside your hand it looks like it's made for a doll house

Way smaller than expected.

I ordered the HOMSFOU glass chimney lamp shade thinking I was ordering a regular-size hurricane lamp shade. However, when the order was delivered and I opened the box, I thought someone was playing a practical joke on me. I’ve never seen a glass shade so tiny! As you can see in my somewhat humorous pictures above, the HOMSFOU lamp shade looks like a lamp shade fetus compared with the regular-size hurricane lamp shade. It definitely won’t fit our full-size hurricane lamps, and I’m at a loss for what to do with the little glass shade.The glass shade looks like a quality product, so I won’t criticize that. However, the product description and pictures lead the consumer to believe that the product is far bigger than it actually is. The picture of the girl holding a lamp makes it look like the lamp shade is about as tall as her face, when it really is just a little bigger than my average-size thumb. The width is stated as 3.3”, but there isn’t a place on the lamp that is anywhere near 3.3” in width. Actually, the base is about 1 3/16” wide and the bulbous part in the middle (the biggest part) is only 2” wide. The retailer should clean up the listing, ensuring the accuracy of the text and using photos that make it clear just how tiny the shade really is.I did a quick internet search and found that there actually are minuscule vintage oil lamps that these tiny shades will fit. However, if you have a standard-size hurricane lamp, this isn’t the shade for you!Since I think this was an honest mistake on the part of the retailer, I will give the product four stars and the product description two stars, for an overall rating of three.

This is a doll sized object.

The lamp shade is tiny. Measurement are completely misleading. Also came with two chips in the top. Worthless piece of junk. Don’t buy.

I was lead to believe by the advertisement that the base was "3.3" inches and that is simply NOT true! How "1.3" cm comes into it I don't know. This is a miniature clearly defined by my photo. It's actually 1 1/4 inch at the base. Beware.

We collect antique oil lamps, and often, the glass chimneys are missing or cracked, so it's nice to replace them with these. The glass quality is great, clear and without inclusions, and they fit most of the lamps in the size we tend to find/buy.

This lamp shade wouldn't fit any normal sized hurricane lamp. It is only 3" (approx) high in total. It would fit a toy lamp but not a real one. SO DISAPPOINTED. I needed a replacement chimney but not for a doll house size.
