UPDATE: replaced by supplier, quickly and no quibble, new one works well- just a tiny niggle as I did have the old one- the cable to the plug was frayed and didn’t look safe as bare wires but charger is goodWorked well for a while- now it won’t charge as where the cable goes is just a big hole and something is rattling inside- I have 3 of these and the others are perfect so just a rogue one I expect

I've given this device two stars because it does actually charge things. It does this very slowly. I dont have an iphone or a samsung handset so I cant vouch for auto detection, but there's really no excuse for this speed of charging. Its ok if you turn the phone off and charge overnight, but for a top up during the day forget it.Build quality is pretty poor, biggest sign is when you inesert a USB cable and it sits at an angle. The ammount of charge held seem to be some way under the advirtised level too. It should charge my phone twice, instead it provides 50% of the charge (if im lucky).Useful if all your other charging options are unavailable.

Already have a 20,000 power bank but it's big and heavy so decided to purchase a smaller / lighter version. Exactly as described and can easily be carried in a jeans pocket for example. Works perfectly.

It worked only for few months then stopped charging even though the battery has blue lights as full. Actually it charges but 1-2% over 5 hours if I am lucky. When contacted the company, they appeared to be keen to solve the problem initially by asking "Try this,this and this " which you would have tried anyway unless you are an idiot. So I contacted again to let them know that nothing worked,then......of course, they ignored,and obviously they don't want to know any more.Just don't buy this.I also got battery from ANKER around same time and it's still going strong....It was only few pounds more expensive than this rubbish.

Easy to use, holds charge. Bought the red so I can find it in my bag. So useful for when I forget to charge phone...it charges phone and still enough charge for another top up. Really happy with item. Recommend and would buy again.

Had two of these now, bought one each for kids for Christmas and out of the 5 in total we have had 3 have died. One was bought 3 years ago and lasted up until summer 2018, two of the more recent ones have stopped working.

After much use. Really useful, iPhone 6s+ &variants to iPhone 8, to Samsung S8 all good, typically gives 2x full phone re-charges; lifesaver on the go, especially travelling in places like airports. Have a number of different colours for in - family identification, but all essentially the same. Recommended

Third one I have now purchased for the family. They are so easy to use and charge our iPhones well. Great colours and we have 3 different ones in the house! Gave it 4 stars as it is a bit chunky but it does fit in a handbag and my son’s school blazer pocket! Don’t forget to order the power cable to attach it to your phone though if you need one.
