Laser 6848 Flameless Hot Air Blower

I've used this little tool for several jobs now and it has worked well. Small and tidy with a good heat output. Happy

So far so good. Before I ordered this I asked in the Q&A if this had adjustable heat setting, unfortunately I never got a definitive answer, some aid yes some said no. Anyway, it does have a small lever on the side which adjusts the heat level.Easily refilled with regular lighter gas can, this came empty - assume for safety.It is a little pricey for what it is, but it works well. I must say the trigger can be a little uncomfortable to use for long periods of time.Also, please beware the metal nozzle gets really hot. I know it my be obvious, but you can't see that it's hot when you have just switched it off.

It’s the first time I have ever bought a gas powered heat gun as have been using my electric gun for shrinking ‘heat-shrink tubing’, and to be honest I was a bit worried that it would just burn the tubing rather than shrink it. However, I was very happy to see that heat is very adjustable and the heat output is perfect for all those on the go jobs that you just can’t use your electric heat gun, like in the car. Now I just use this for heat shine jobs because it is so easy and convenient to use!The unit is very well made and you can feel the quality, I believe it is made in the UK and you can tell that it was made with pride. If you need a portable heat gun for heat shrink jobs, then this little tool is the one for you! You won’t regret buying it and will certainly be pleased by its overall quality, portability and effectiveness.For the money, I highly recommend it!

Used mine quite a lotYep pretty good heat output, easy to use

like something you would get in a pound shop. VERY little heat on full power. which means holding down the button for a long time, trouble is the spring in the button is so hard to compress and makes it really hard to do this. perhaps mine is faulty. now it has failed after three weeks.

It would have been 5 stars if this heat deflector was included, But it heats good.

Da keine offene Flamme zum Einsatz kommt ist das arbeiten relativ sicher, wenn auch nicht gefahrlos. Auf die Umgebung sollte geachtet werden.

Prodotto valido, ne ho presi un paio per scaldare le guaine termorestringenti in maniera rapida quando non si ha a disposizione energia elettrica magari in presenza di vento dove il classico accendino risulta inefficace. Prezzo relativamente alto ma al momento funzionano a dovere.

Hace su funcion perfectamente,yo lo utilizo principalmente para calentar tubo termorretractil enfocado a la pesca el poder hacerlo sin cables y en cualquier sitio hace que el precio valga la pena,se carga con gas como um mechero y se enciende sin llama muy contento con la compra,el materual es principalmente plastico salvo las zonas susceptibkes a calentarse
