I'm afraid I have no idea of the specific ingredients? I have kept bottles unopened for 6 months and it was still fresh when doing so. Once opened they should be kept in a 'fridge and consumed within a few days. With a good shot of added vodka, a slice of lime, a good few drops of Worcestershire sauce, tabasco and a very good shake in ice this product produces the very best Bloody Caesar imaginable. Enjoy!
