Nice bike looks expensive really comfy to useim a happy customer

In less than 2 years * my product has finally broken. *It was bought in March 2019, up until lockdown it was only occasionally used, but in the last year, we were both using it alternate days. Externally it looks fine, but I found the tensioner, that offers resistance against the flywheel, is of inferior construction and had sheered off causing it to jam. Warning noises had been heard, so I tried the magic fluid WD40 which worked in the short term, but eventually it packed up. I found the remains of a ball race and ball bearings when I opened the plastic case. I won't be buying another of this style. To have to replace this type of machine every 2 years is not acceptable.

The product is well engineered and pretty sturdy and also easy to assemble, The main problem that we have is that it is not suitable for people under 5ft 3" or below, as the peddles are to hard to reach and you end up with a fully straight leg when at the furthest point of the cycle. If your over this height its a good bit of kit

I would steer well clear of this item - or anything supplied by this company. Bike broke after ~ 1month - belt inside sheared. They sent a replacement - on assembly the pedal fell off as there was no holding nut - see picture.Not fit for purpose products

I bought the Gold Coast bike last year when I was unable to walk far and was housebound.It has been brilliant. The seat with backrest and handlebars each side has been perfect for comfort and stability.The effort needed to peddle is adjustable, so as I have got fitter I have increased the strength needed(not sure what the tech name is)I climb on it 2 or 3 or more times a day and late afternoon, even watch a film or work on my Mac whilst cycling.The fold up addition is great, as I use this to 'walk' it to the corner, or to the other room!Very sturdy and solid and quiet!
