YES THEY DO WORK ON WIN10!
Just got these. Installed on Win 10 no probs. Used V6.9.9 from software.pcsensor.com/pc_en.html with no hassle at all. I know there are issues in Europe where a comma is used in numbers rather than a decimal point but in the UK it's no issue. If you are in a country that writes 1.03 as 1,03 then there is a fix on youtube.Happy - assigned pedals to lean in PUBG which was the point of the purchase.

Can work on a Mac without needing Windows
Seems to work well, on a Mac. I don't have a Windows machine to configure it with, but discovered it types the letters a, b and c respectively when added as a standard keyboard. Then I used Karabiner Elements to convert those to unusual mouse button presses, and Better Touch Tool to have those trigger different actions. (I expect there's a way to do it more simply, but this works well.)I use it to trigger OBS scene changes during presentations over Zoom, to keep my hands free, reduce distraction, and allow me to stand back from the computer.Seems well enough built, and does the job. (With the caveat that I've only had it for a few days so its longevity remains to be proven - although I don't anticipate any problems.)

Software is a little clunky but the product works.
I am a solo musician, a performer both physically and in online streams. As a guitarist and vocalist my hands are occupied throughout my shows. I rarely have a "crew" to assist me and so such things like changing lighting cues during a live performance or adjusting settings during an online one must be accomplished by my laptop. I can set things up so that a single keystroke does what I require but I still had to jab quickly at the keyboard toissue each command. Not any more. Three programmable keyboard macros on footswitches next to my guitar pedalboard now accomplish this task without causing a hiccup in my performance. This device is a little light in build sturdiness and the software is somewhat clunky, although that latter is not much of a difficulty because you will only have to deal with programming it once or twice. It's also inexpensive enough that you can afford to keep a spare around so if the build should prove to lack sturdiness at the wrong time, swapping out would be rapid.minus a single star for those minor nitpicks but otherwise it does "exactly what it says on the box", adequately and at a very reasonable price.

Foot switch pedal for windows, turning pages of sheet music or whatever
I bought this to control software and pdf files on my laptop while I played the keyboard, turning the sheet music pages on the screen with my feet while playing. It takes just a few seconds to programme each switch and then save those settings. You can choose one step at a time or continuous pressing or trigger. With something like a pdf page you can play line by line if you like, or whatever zoom you prefer. A cheap alternative to other page-turning devices.

Get the software through pcsensor's website
These come with a driver disk however you can get the drivers through the website. the link has been posted in the questions section. The software is really nice, doesn't even need to be running in the background. Just set the peddles to the key you want, click save and thats it. works a treat. Currently using this in COD Modern Warfare

Does what it says on the tin & easy enough to set up
Works great, no problems so far. Software is fairly straight forward. Use mine to switch between ptt and voice activation on discord (voice communication software I use when gaming) with the pedals bound to F13 thru F15, one pedal is set up to switch modes, one is a ptt, and the other a push to mute (cough switch) for when I'm on voice activation.

Does the job!
I bought this for work for hands-free operation of some test equipment. The three pedals work well, and I’m particularly impressed with the software/driver. It’s really easy to set each of the pedals to emulate whatever key or key combination you want.I’ve not really tested it to the extreme and have ours set to “down”, “enter” and “up” but operation has been flawless up to now.

It's cheap and it works - eventually!
I use it to start my own backing tracks - it works well. Sadly there are no written instructions and despite using the disc provided, it took an age to install and prepare. I was constantly asked to go to their web page for set up, then the next morning I was able, without their web page, to finalize the set up. I use: 1/left mouse click; 2/down & 3/enter. One foot-pad was also missing.
