Really happy with the product! Definitely feel like they help my gut. Not huge pills and easy to swallow. They do have a bit of a smell and bad taste, but can easily be taken with juice and you can’t taste them!

I almost didn’t get these because of the reviews about the smell, I’m extremely sensitive to smells. They have some good added supplements so I gave them a try. The smell is definitely bad, my drawer smells like rotten fish but they don’t have an after taste and I think they are working. Not sure if I can recommend or not but haven’t found other probiotics I really like and nice not having to take ashwaganda separately. Don’t think I could handle during the first trimester but otherwise I’d say give them a shot.
