I'm fortunate that when I got this product I was already taking Fadogia Agrestis and Tongkat Ali from a similar product for a few months. I say that because both of those ingredients are reported to take about 6 weeks to feel their full effect. So since my body was already saturated with Fadogia and Tongkat I was able to tell if there was any added benefit from taking these. There sure was an added benefit. My energy levels are higher and I feel a boost in libido. I haven't noticed and added increase in strength endurance but I did notice an added increase in cardio endurance when doing cardio workouts.With both similar products that I take containing Fadogia and Tongkat the total dosage is 1000mg a day for Fadogia and 1000mg a day for Tongkat. Those dosages are still within the recommended daily limit of those two ingredients and I feel much better with the higher dose.That being said, it is recommended to cycle off of Fadogia every 8 to 10 weeks for about 2 weeks. So even though this product doesn't state that you should cycle off of it, do your own research for Fadogia and determine if you want to cycle off of it or not. That's just my recommendation. Overall I'm happy with this product.

I tried this Tongkat Ali blend for a week or two and found that it didn't do much for my libido.In addition, the amount of Tongkat Ali in the formula is a little over the daily dose commonly recommended to avoid possible side effects that may be experienced during prolonged use.So I will likely not purchase a second bottle of these capsules.I have found that Terrestris Tribulus works better for me, and a three-month supply of that stuff -- in a 1000mg dose -- costs less than half of a two-month supply of this Tongkat Ali formula.So TT is what I would recommend as a low-cost and effective libido booster...

I ended up taking these supplements for 2 weeks and didn't really have much of an impact on me. I can say the capsules are nice, tight, and were easy to swallow. There was no extraneous dust on them or any that were damaged. I'd taken tongkat ali in the past and didn't have any major discernible effect, so it could be that this particular blend of ingredients just doesn't work for me.

These work great for me so far, I like to take them in the morning as a pre-workout. I'm mildly sensitive to caffeine, and sometimes a Redbull will give me jitters but this product does not make me nauseous or give me the jitters. There is no weird smell, and they are easy to swallow.

I gave this a try and thought see how it goes pre workout. This gives me a very natural energy boost for hours. It is not like predrinks that make you all jittery and feel crap. It is a very subtle but noticeable energy boost. I have been taking them periodically as needed to help on days I need to coach as well for mental clarity and a boost to my energy which also helps my mood. These are great, can honestly say I feel and notice a difference on them. I only take 1 capsule at a time for more than enough energy.
