This item has 638 mg per dropper. This is the 2 oz bottle. The 4 oz bottle only has 500 mg per dropper. Which is one reason I bought this item. More potency per dropperful.It has a good taste to it. Not overwhelming or harsh. Which is nice. But does make me wonder if its working.Of course, I like the heat and potency of ginger. I even eat ginger raw. 🫚Product was late in delivery. Amazon even offered a refund because it was late. So be careful of expecting delays with this item. I chose to wait it out because I really wanted the product.It is Alcohol FREE. Which is good if you have an allergy to alcohol or alcohol sensitivities.I'm on the second day of using it. It blends well in teas & tinctures. Seems to be doing what its supposed to in helping my overall inflammation and gut motility.

This is very spicy and needs to be diluted with water but it has a good flavor thanks to the vegetable glycerin added to it. I can't attest to its efficacy yet since I just started taking it, but it does taste good!

Great for nausea. I am taking a glp-1, and this works so well. Just 1 or 2 drops and I feel better in just a few minutes.

Oddly, it does not taste like ginger. It also has a hint of sweetness but I did not see sweetener on the ingredients list. Not sure if I will purchase again since I can't taste the ginger. I used 2 tsp in 16 oz water.
