Dimensions Hot Air Balloon Latch Hook Craft Kit for Kids, 12'' x 12''

I love the colors and design of this latch hook. There were 3 MAJOR problems with it, however. There were not enough light blue yarn pieces (clouds) included...about 1/2 of what was needed. I ended up going to a local craft store and buying yarn that kind of matched and cutting it up to finish the project. I’ve done many match hooks and have always received a pattern to very clearly identify which color goes in each space. This kit did not provide a pattern and you had to follow the colors on the canvas. This can get tricky as many of the colors overlap. Finally, the canvas was incredibly stiff and fragile. It broke as soon as I started and had to use canvas I had at home. Would not recommend.

My hot air balloon latch hook kit is great. It was folded from the packaging initially so I put it under a couple of books for a day or 2 to remove the creases. I was concerned about ordering it when I saw the other reviews however I'm really happy that I ordered it and looking forward to turning it into a pillow after it is finished. As with a lot of latch hook kits you need to buy the tool separately.

Returned due to having the grid break when the yarn was pulled through. I believe nylon or other fabric is more durable for the grid--I believe this one was cotton or similar. Seller refunded without any trouble.

Got this for my mom as a form of therapy as she always liked doing these. It was perfect.

I have done many of these latch hooks and this one was made very cheap and tore many places as I was making it....Very disappointed.

Did not provide enough of the yarns. Ran short and had to go to craft store to buy more

There wasn’t enough colors and I had to use purple from previous latch hooks
