Great product!
This is an excellent product for a great price. I purchased it for the piercing gun. It was the easiest piercing I've ever done with no pain at all. The piercing gun works flawlessly. However, I've used my own piercing earrings, which are made of surgical steel, because I've sensitive ears that tend to get infected if I use anything else. I was surprised by the pain level. I didn't feel anything during or after the procedure, with no burning. From now on, I will do my own piercings; it's really easy.

DIY must have
Just do it! I ordered this for my mother who decided she wanted to use her many earrings again. Kit was great and has waaaay more than you need for 1 person. I can now add this tool to my kit and no one I know will need to pay for having anything done. The studs you use to pierce don't look bad at all and could really be kept as a basic earring. It also comes with multiple sets of fake diamond style earrings. Far better and way less hassle than finding a shop to do it.

It works wonderfully if you do this:
The reviews that state they got the gun stuck or that it moved the earring puncturing the wrong spot did this wrong: they didn’t secure the piercing earring in the hole. How do you fix this? You have to put dental wax or putty in the earring holder, just enough to get the earring to stick to the hole securely so it’s not loosely wobbling around in the holder, because obviously, it’s going to drop with gravity and slump down unless you cushion / fill the gap that’s around the stud when inside the notch/ holder slot. For the reviews that claimed to get an ear infection: I have a strong nickel allergy. I have to use titanium/gold/sterling silver earrings OR use Claire’s ear care solution daily after the shower if I’m wearing anything other than titanium/gold/silver. Read further on how I managed this.I would suggest iodine to clean your ears instead of alcohol, or use Claire’s ear care solution vigorously. Get the biggest bottle. Here’s my experience:Yes, I got an infection. Yes, I knew I would, and did it anyways for the sake of saving $200. Worth it? YES. Why? Because I’m broke and want piercings, and bc the body heals, always, and I knew I’d only have to wear the piercing earrings (that trigger my skin inflammation and infection) for a few weeks (3 1/2 in my case -while eating healthy and drinking lots of organic teas). I used Claire’s ear care solution religiously, 3 or more times per day, and didn’t touch my earrings, didn’t rotate them (until after 2 weeks). In the past, (years ago) I pierced my left helix two or three times prior, using a horrible stupid sewing needle method, and it developed a bump or something and I let it heal up.Here’s how I successfully pierced my ears:I played with the gun before hand, properly & thoroughly testing the dynamics and analyzing all aspects of what could possibly go wrong, I successfully rigged up a way to use dental wax to secure the stud in the gun to lock its position so when it was shot forward or shook slightly with my shaky hand, it wouldn’t budge or wobble. I fixed it so it could stand alone in the earring holder slot perfectly straight, not slanted in any angle, and it could tolerate a little shaking without moving. My ears swole from the low quality earrings, (NOT 100% HYPOALLERGENIC btw, but I knew this) and I was worried they’d get worse but they were fine just in time for me to swap them out with quality screw back earrings.During the time the cheap piercing earrings were in:-ears swole slightly, hurt when touched, were very red occasionally-felt like my skin/body was corroding the metal in my ears-used Claire’s ear stuff (all day long just about) and it ended the above symptoms-continued the above steps for 3.5 weeks-took out earrings and they looked as the pics above look: the earrings that are gross were the ones in my ears, the golden ones are the quality screw backs I replaced them with, and the silver shiny one is what the original piercing earrings looked like before (when they were brand new, unused). Hope this helps!

1 pull of the trigger and your done.
It is as advertised its quick. I only ordered this set for the piercing gun. I can not speak about the quality of the earrings however upon visual inspection they're not exactly what id use.So if you are looking for a very good piercing gun that does not have any miss fires and goes all the way threw without needing to re-pierce a earlobe thats already stinging this is what you want.Gets the job done on the 1st try.

Excellent quality and great value
This is actually super sime to use and very durable. We've used so many times that the value of this item is much appreciated. I would suggest maybe using your own backs on the studs provided, otherwise perfect item.

Earrings caused allergic reaction.
The gun worked great, it was painless to Re- pierce my top two holes that closed up. But I don't believe that the earrings are stainless steel and nickle free. My ears blew up later that night and burned and swelled up with them in until I got some replacement studs that are nickle free and actually surgical steel. Make sure if you have an allergy that you have some other earrings to put in right away. Or, buy a better kit with better earrings. These will cause you pain and infection if you have issues with certain metals. If you don't have allergy issues then this kit is for you.

It does the job.
So I wouldn’t say this is professional grade but it gets the job done
