I recently purchased the Nikai washing machine and I must say, I am very impressed with its performance. The machine is not only efficient but also very silent, contrary to some of the comments I had read about dancing washing machines. I understand every washing machine has different spinning noise. But that is normal.Before installing, I would suggest removing the four packing bolts from behind and then shaking the drum. If it moves freely, it means there are no bolts left, and the machine is ready to use. It is also important to note that the floor needs to be even for the washing machine, otherwise, it will vibrate. To avoid this issue, I recommend purchasing the four anti-vibration washing machine bush from Amazon, which will keep the washing machine sturdy and prevent it from vibrating.The Nikai washing machine is perfect for a small family and comes at a decent price. It washes clothes very nicely and leaves them feeling fresh and clean. I also has a quick wash function which allows us to wash the clothes in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient washing machine.Overall, I am very happy with my purchase, and I believe that the Nikai washing machine is an excellent investment for any household.

I bought this product last month , and now it isn't turning on or working. And I contacted the customer care for warranty ,one of the technician came and without checking he claimed pcb main board damage and need to repair and it will never covered the warranty. If you are looking for better product not go for this & with my knowledge one of the irresponsible customer care also.

I bought it for socks, cleaning towels (heavy and light), kitchen towels, shoes.My first use, I used it for 4 hours straight.It does the job, towels come out clean.But the drying spinner had a slight problem, its speed is reduced when you turn it on while you are washing at the same time. I was afraid it will get damaged so i turned it off and waited until the wash is finished and then it worked fine.Would I buy it again? NoIt is a great semi-auto machine with really great quality (stable, no noise, can work for a few hours straight and strong), but I would buy a fully automatic machineIt needs more effort and time, you have to refill water twice at the begining and at the end to wash soap off clothes and after that transfer clothes to the drying spinner. So you need to stay near the machine, which is effort and time consuming and in the process the floor was filled with water.It is more convenient for me to buy an automatic one but for a semi-auto I wouldn`t try anything else highly recommend Nikai`s.

This definetly spins. Clothes won't take long to dry. Wish wash was better. Feels like it doest hold duration of rotations long enough. Drain hose is way way too short. Almost a deal breaker as not safe. Shame as it is fantastic little machine. Worth the money if you are looking for something small.

Makes a nasty noise. Don't know what it is. But working fine for now. Been using for 4 months now

Worst washing maching I have ever used because of the immense vibration and machine movement. Its total waste of money and highly unsafe because it move quite a lot while washing. Please do not buy this piece of garbage and avoid other products from Nikai too.Pretty shocked to see such garbage items being sold on Amazon.

The delivery time was perfect .Machine was good. As of now.No noise, it's easy to install well anyway I do it by my self its not too heavy.In too short its very amazing and convenient for me..All was good.

I had some issues and the technician was able to explain to me the design of the product.What made me rate this better was that the he was able to provide proper explanation on how the issues pop up and how to avoid it.Thank you!
