Do not believe the product description and image provided. I had exactly the same set-up as mentioned in the scenario for 2 devices to have simultaneous Internet access but it did not work.

Only one port works
The reason I bought this product was I needed to connect Internet to TV and computer but only one port works for Internet ( where it has two ports) so I have to unplug and plug another cable every time I need to use computer or TV so didn't help me at allI checked many times if cables were defective but both cables work great on one port only so splitter really doesn't work not sure why but I am going to return it as it didn't do the job

THESE MUST BE USED TOGETHER - READ - THIS IS NOT A SWITCH OR A SIGNAL SPLITTER
I failed to read the listing completely and thought I had 2 signal splitters. NOPE. 1 set. You put the splitter near one side of the location where you have 2 good cables, connect this to them, and connect it to the one good cable you have running through a wall or whatever. Then on the other side of the cable you connect this to that cable and connect the other 2 load side cables.The. I also thought this would split the signal into 2 usable signals. NOPE. Even with everything connected properly it only produces 1 usable channel. So if you have 2 computer connected, only 1 will work at a time. So if, say, one person works days and one works nights, this is perfect.What most of the people reading this review actually want is a Ethernet Switch. Go buy the cheap TP Link Ethernet Switch and you’ll thank me later.This product does exactly what it says it will do, but it’s not what most people actually want. Just read the reviews from others who say it didn’t work and explain what they were doing and you’ll know they also didn’t read the listing.Good luck!!

Out of the two sent, only one worked.
UPDATESeller refunded 100% of the cost, Thank You so much!!The bad one had no visible signs of damage on the outside, it just didn't work. I only needed one anyway so I'm not even mad that only one of the two worked.
