I like the product.

The media could not be loaded. These tubes are a fantastic way for me to store an array of smaller quantity items. Miscellaneous beads, the end of a large bottle of glitter, as well as filling with items I have a ton of, like the jewels, but do not wish to have a huge jar cluttering my work space. I have so many items in large quantities, like glitter, beads, gemstones, confetti, and more. When using these items, I usually only need a few pieces, and having to pull big bulky containers off shelves, just to grab 4 or 5 of the item needed can be tedious and take an overwhelming amount of time. Using these tubes, I can store them within arms length, without taking a lot of space up while doing so, and only get the big containers out when I need to refill these. It is definitely a much more convenient use of space and energy. The tops seal pretty good, and the first couple times trying to make them pop open, I had to actually use two hands to do so. There was a bit of a strength learning curve, but I like that they hold so firmly in place. The stronger the pop tops hold, the less likely spills will happen. This is a win for me. It is also a win that they are clear, and it is easily visible what each one contains. No labels needed. The flat bottom also allows them to stand on their own, which is another victory for me. I am happy all the way around with these. Even more thrilled with how many come in the set, since being a crafter, I have so many items I can put in these and not have to dig for stuff every time I start a new project. I will be ordering more soon. Absolutely have no complaints with these, and could not be happier.

So far my daughter and I have used these to store the extra gems from diamond painting kits. The tubes are clear enough to let us see the colors easily. These would also work great for seed beads, small buttons and beads, sewing or embroidery needles, etc. I love that the covers are attached so they don’t get lost and the seal on these is excellent. I’ve thrown these on the floor several times just to see if I can make them pop open from dropping. I haven’t had one pop open yet (if you try this just make sure you’ve actually got them completely closed first). Plus, the squeeze-to-open method is so satisfying when you hear the little pop when the lid opens.I have thought about, but haven’t yet tried, labeling these with content info (color code or bead or needle sizes, for example), but the vials are plastic and should take a label pretty easily. I can’t speak to the odor-control claim or long-distance portability on these since my craft supplies are odorless and they don’t get transported anywhere but across the room.

Not what I expected, little bulky, but does the job. I would prefer the clear plastic vs cloudy look

Don't get me wrong, these are perfect for my needs. I needed tubes to use in the slots on the side of my Jet scroll saw. These ended up being the perfect size for it. However, the first time I squeezed the sides to "pop" the top off, the tube cracked wide open. I didn't do that again... I use the little tab to open them, and once I have my blades in them, I cut the top off, since my blades are longer than the tube.

These are wonderful to have around if you work with any small parts. I personally used these for medicine, project parts and jewelry.Its easy to open. Others that complained about hoe hard it is to flip open is because they DON'T flip open. You just squeeze the tube at the top of the tube and the lid pops open. It requires a bit of a squeeze bit its not hard. The tab near the lid is actually part of the tube and NOT the lid...it actually keeps you from flipping it open.I used to use prescription drug vials to store small parts but they are a bit girthier. These wind up being perfectly slim and holds most things perfectly for me.I've even kept an empty vial in my pocket while going out and its not that noticebly bulky. It came in handy a few times, surprisingly.I'd love to find more practical uses for these tubes for their air tight seal and size profile. So far they've made a nice home in my project's toolbox. But I hope to find good use of these for the kitchen, outdoors or travelling.
