I bought this product to stimulate muscles that had weakened after being off my feet following surgery. After much comparison between this and more expensive brand names, I thought I would give this a try first to test efficacy. It’s exactly the same mechanism and less than half the price of the expensive brands! Look after the sticky pads and it’ll last a long time. Replacement pads are provided and additional can be bought if and when required. Still using the original pads after 3 months. Highly recommend!

Overall, I cannot recommend the Ab Trainer enough to anyone looking to strengthen and tone their abdominal muscles. Its user-friendly design, portability, and effectiveness make it a standout product in the market. Thanks to the Ab Trainer, I have finally achieved the sculpted abs I have always dreamed of, and I am excited to continue using it to maintain my progress.

Easy to use, however after 4 weeks of use no difference made. Used it twice a say a total of 40 minutes. Will continue but disappointed so far.

Very happy with this product.So simple to use, quick to charge and off you go.Comfortable to wear, with no messy gels to use, and no restrictive wires, you can move around freely, and you can feel the pads working straight away.

Sizes all too small

I’ve always been a bit skeptical of so called wonder claims from companies proclaiming they have the silver bullet to a problem. In this case though I thought I’d leave a review because I actually experienced results with something I had little expectation of because of my usual pessimism. I can honestly say not only do you feel this product working but you can definitely see the results . It’s rare that I come across a product that delivers to its hype but this one does so it warrants a mention and 5 star review 👍

OK so it's not going to give you perfect 6 pack you need a base to begin but for busy days when you can't get a set done this definitely helps couple things to be aware of guys get a razor and baby smooth your stomach order gel pads ahead of time keep a supply and do not use just after eating wait at least an hour because it fricken hurts good product for a good price but don't expect rock hard abs with this alone

Pratico e semplice da usare. Al momento non so valutare se effettivamente serva a migliorare la tonicita' muscolare comunque sono felice dell'acquisto. Nella confezione non c'e' una fascia per tenere in posizione gli elementi.

Muy contentos con la compra, lo usamos a diario!! Tiene buena potencia y al tener diferentes modos e intensidades se puede poner a gusto de cada uno. Los parches de gel pegan bien tambien, y viene con un cargador de 3 cables para cargar todo a la vez.

Ich muss sagen, dass ich ähnlich wie die meisten hier suuuuuuuper skeptisch war bevor ich mir das ems gekauft habe. Man kennt so Geräte ja noch von früher aus dem Teleshopping Kanal... Ich bin sportlich, passionierte Fitnessstudiobesucherin und Heimtrainerin, schaffe es aber seit einiger Zeit aufgrund Hund, Arbeit und Familie leider nicht mehr 7 Tage ins Studio - manchmal auch nur sehr unregelmäßig. Deshalb hat es mich etwas Überwindung gekostet auf elektronische Impulse statt auf 7 Tage-die-Woche-Trainings zu vertrauen.Seit 4 Tagen nutze ich das Gerät täglich für verschiedene Muskelgruppen (Arme, Beine, Po, Bauch) und bin hellauf begeistert! Und überrascht. Schon nach so kurzer Zeit wirkt alles straffer und schmaler (natürlich auch aktiviert) und ich habe bereits jetzt 1kg abgenommen :) Ich kombiniere das Training mit meiner gewohnt gesunden Ernährung, Eiweiß und Supplements. Aber der tägliche Schokoriegel ist auch kein Problem. Da ich nichts verändert habe, hat es definitiv mit dem EMS zu tun. Die Muskeln sind definiert und der Po knackiger als vorher. Wirklich eine perfekte Sache für Couch, Hausarbeit, Gassirunden oder lange Home Office Tage!Zum Gerät: Die Impulse sind hier und da gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber nicht unangenehm. Geklebt werden kann wo es hinpasst und gut sitzt. Der Sitz ist super auch ohne Gurt. Und was ich nicht gesehen hatte: es sind sogar Ersatzgelpads für die Kontakte dabei, sodass man sie austauschen kann, sollte mal was weniger kleben (auch separat nachbestellbar). Es gibt insgesamt 15 Stufen (nicht nur 8) und 6 Modi aus denen gewählt werden kann. Super für unterschiedliche Reize des Muskeltraings!Fazit: Dringende Kaufempfehlung für alle, die nicht so viel Zeit haben regelmäßig ins Studio zu gehen, die Muskeln auf- oder Kilos abbauen wollen :) oder einfach trainiert bleiben wollen, auch wenn sie den Fokus z.B. gerade auf Ausdauertraining legen. Auch gut, wenn man Muskeln für den Urlaub kurzfristig definieren möchte oder spezielle Muskelgruppen gerne mal zu kurz kommen :D eher weniger geeignet für Menschen oder Muskelgruppen, die bereits sehr stark trainiert sind.. hier könnte das Gerät zum Aufbau zu schwach sein und nur zum Erhalt der Muskulatur beitragen :)
