Clever Lid - Stops Splashes, Splatter and Boil Overs

Very high quality item, you get what you pay for. This is big enough to use on my biggest soup pot and the white removable cap for using a hand blender is just great, no more hot soup splashed up my arms!

A very useful product which - to date - has stopped quite a few pots boiling over. Does take a bit of scrubbing to clean, but worth the effort. Can't actually comment on "versatility", except to say that it fits all the pots I've got and I do like the fact that you can lift the little central cover and give whatever you're boiling a quick stir. Also seems pretty sturdy; didn't even get that warm.

I was kind of contemplating for the longest time. A pot lid for GBP 12 doesn't sound reasonable. But I loved the design and the premium quality. It's different from the other brands/anti boil over lids because of the whole in the center that can be used to add ingredients, steam ingredients, stir, whisk and to use a hand blender with (that also minimizes the kitchen mess!). The Care instruction says that this can be used in the oven up to 230 celcius, but not on direct heat (i.e sides of oven, flames etc). It is microwavable and also dishwasher safe.

Delivered promptly, but as yet not used; looks effective.

I wish it is flat. But it really serves the purpose. Really good.

This didn't work for me. It actually boiled out underneath the silicone. A waste of money.

Best thing I’ve ever bought. No more pans of potatoes boiling over. Definitely recommend.
