What size spindle and threads? all my accessories are one inch with 8 tpi

The spindle size is 11\4 by 8 threads . Your accessories will not fit ...How ever you can get adaptors to make your 4 way chucks and face plates work . You can also use a wood thread tap to make a wooden block to fit the spindle . I thought it would be a problem , but the lathe is so wonderful I'm glad I did it .!! You will love that lathe !!

Does anyone have advice how to move this? I assume the freight company will just dump it on my driveway.

Despite 'free' prime delivery the freight company would only drop it at the end of my 300' driveway. I contracted with a local courier to pick it up at the freight depot and had it delivered to the garage at a additional cost of $100.

it goes from about 25 RPM to 4000 RPM. Outstanding lathe
