We really like it. The step width was wider than this railing was, so I had to modify it a bit to fit the application. Wasn't a tremendous issue, just required making the middle support rod longer and moving the placement of the nutserts that mount the handrail. Its nicely coated and fairly thick textured finish so it should weather well, but we will see how it holds up. It is good and sturdy, elderly can actually put their weight against it without risk of it failing. Just drill your holes and use the correct mounting bolts. I found it easier to mount the legs to the concrete using hex head concrete bolts from the top in(not included)rather than use the provided expanding anchors provided to bolt from the bottom out. Reason being, my concrete bit continuously walked even though I used a pilot hole to start them. The bolts I used allowed for the holes to be off centered a little bit and still set and bite really well in the concrete.

Other than needing a concrete bit to drill the holes into the cement. It was easy to assemble and the weight limit was what I was after. I'm not afraid to let my elderly Mom pull herself up onto the next step.

The hand rail are well build, the price is good, one thing I will point out the drill bit you get in the packet, is not very good, I have a craftsman cement drill bit it went through the cement like butter. But overall it does the job. Thank you

I like this handrail very much. I found it of good quality and the installation was relatively easy. However, the instructions had some errors.Otherwise I would have given it five stars

Purchased this for my mother in law’s entryway to her house. She is 92 and was in need of some steady support. This fit the bill perfectly
