A must
I installed this in my TCMT razor tour pack I bought on Amazon, I definitely recommend a reinforcement plate of some kind, i chose this plate and it works great, a must have. I used this as a template to drill the holes, and installed it on the PBYMT detachable tour pack rack, worked great for my set up. 2023 Road Glide
