Nice ergonomic pull rope.
Works great for Cable Crunches or Tricep pulldowns. Rope is a little longer than I anticipated. But, it gets the job done.

Well made, but not as versatile as a tricep rope
This "upgraded" tricep rope is great - but I'm not sure I prefer it over a standard tricep rope. The handles are sturdy and well made, but they're also made from a hard plastic material and can dig into your hands a bit when working with heavy weight. The are also "one sided" so you can only grip them properly if they are facing the correct direction.Durability wise - this product seems great and I'm confident it will hold up a while.I'm not sure I buy the 30% more muscle activation. If this is true (and backed by some scientific research) I would totally recommend these. Otherwise, I would probably go with a standard tricep rope.If for some reason you need a different handle than a basic tricep rope, this is a good choice. But it's certainly less versatile and can only be used for a handful of exercises.

Good idea could use some more tweaking
First thing you notice is that this is thinner than the typical rope style triceps pull down. The clip section is a heavy duty plastic and the clip ring is reinforce with metal in the plastic. There is mention of 360 degree rotation but it is fixed which is not a really a problem but why mention it if it isn’t there. It has a nylon braided rope that seems very strong. Now for the ergonomic handles. They do fit your hands well but at the top where your thumbs rest. I am leaving a picture that shows the somewhat sharp edge there. If this area was simply rounded off it would be much more comfortable. During my workout I found this a little uncomfortable. I would say this is an improvement on the rope style but could stand a bit more refinement.

Good, but not for all exercises
Overall, the attachment is pretty study and is likely to last a long time. Everything about the product came as described, but there are a few things I like and don't like about its design. So, the "ergonomic design" is actually pretty good at giving you a good grip if you're doing something like tricep push downs or face pulls and you struggle with grip. However, for less conventional exercises, such as glute pull throughs, the handles can be kind of annoying to deal with. Also, its worth noting that if you intend to train your grip strength and forearms, this might not be the best attachment to go for. But overall, everything came as expected and quality was good (they even gave a little storage pouch for the attachment).

Ergonomic, overall superior to traditional ropes.
This cable attachment is superior to others that I've used. As someone who has been exercising on and off for close to 15 years, this is one of the best attachments I've seen for many reasons, but two of the main reasons are the ergonomics and the slim rope design. The hand grips feel very nice and allow you with the perfect amount of traction, and the rope is slim and not at all bulky which just makes it feel better from a physics standpoint. You can also reverse it to do cable curls for your bicep if desired, although it doesn't feel quite as good as the tricep grip position.
