Took a while for my husband to work out how to put on. But when it was on I had a turn on it. It's the comfiest seat I've ever sat on.Totally recommend

I don't know why people found this hard to install, the instructions are clear enough, maybe a little common sense required to get it perfectly symmetrical. I installed mine from the bottom. Took 10mins and that's only because I wanted it super perfect. Looks nice and sturdy.

This is the most expensive seat I have ever purchased and the worst. I thought I would buy a better quality seat. I wish I hadn’t bothered. Within 2 days of fitting it is sliding from left to right. It doesn’t have a varnished finished which is odd So no protective coating to protect from staining. This really isn’t fit for purpose. I am not happy and will have to spend more money buying another seat.

Easy to instal and looks lovely but unfortunately the hinges are rubbish and it slid after only a few days

Within six months the hinge on the back was warped out of shape and not renders the seat useless.It’s also not a well sealed wood and so absorbs smells leaving it hard to clean to a satisfactory standard.Would not buy again.

bought this thought yes a fantastic toilet seat that's stylish and matches my new bathroom what a disappointment it started to move i thought it was my fault that i somehow didn't read the instructions properly and messed up but when i read other reviews which i should have done at the start the problem i was experience wasn't just mewhat a let down

I followed the instructions. Even watched a youtube video to ensure I do everything correctly. After the first sit, The seat cracked.The seat itself is firm against the bowl. And really feels like good quality. There is no slow closing.Really wanted to like this seat

Article retourné car les patins de la lunette ne portaient pas assez sur le cuvette, s'agissant d'un article anglais peut être que les normes ne sont pas identiques aux normes françaises !!!
