This light works great to add additional light for working in my shop. Working on my vehicles is hard enough without having to deal with dark areas and shadows. I like that as an LED light it will last a long time. At the price point it is a very good value. It comes with a three-prong plug, so installation is easy-peasy! Highly recommend!

I received this light to go at the top of my 30 ft ceiling machine shed/feed storage building. I have been stumbling around in the dark after I get home from work getting the appropriate feed out of the right barrels now for months. (Had a good flashlight but I only have two hands and would become cumbersome) Anyway, my son put this thing up and WHOA... I can actually see what I'm doing and really see how full the barrels are of feed! The light is put at the top of the gable and at this time we're using extension cords until UTD hard wiring can be installed. (Super old building and the current wiring is wrapped in that fabric stuff from decades ago) The electricity access is a plug in. Seriously, I have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS and would get this again! Well packaged, just great!

Very bright flood light. Good for a garage or small workshop. You would need several for a larger structure

*The light I ordered and received does NOT have the reflector on it, as the one now listed*I plugged this light in as soon as I took it out of the box, not expecting my 6pm kitchen to become the surface of the sun. This is the brightest light I've ever seen, short of being outside, midday.I bought this to go into a lab environment where small parts are used and electronics components are assembled. The light had always been lacking, so this light seemed like the one to do the trick, and it sure has. There's no longer any real need to use other supplemental lighting when this is turned on. The tether safety feature is nice, as is its mobility.Since the lab ceiling isn't excessively high, I do run into a problem with some shadowing if I block the piece being worked on with my head, but that's no fault of the light.If you're looking for bright industrial light, this is it.

Wow, is this thing bright. I have installed it in my garage with 14' ceiling. It cast a very bright light that covers a wide area. The mounting system allows you to be creative with the mounting angle, or just hang is so it illuminates directly beneath it. I can assure the buyer, there is no shortage of illumination with this light. Because it plugs in, you will want to make sure it is on a switched recepticle, or cut the plug and wire it directly into your lighting circuit.If you are tired of dull, dim lights then this will replace them. Recommended.

I had got this light for my new tool I had recently built. Which only has a 10 ft ceiling but this light works perfectly for my application.The light output temperature isn't hard on the eyes and is far brighter than I expected. It runs pretty cool as well and doesn't produce too much heat. I was able to carry this light by the attached hook used for hanging this light. Overall construction seems rugged and made of quality material. I do not get the feeling this light is cheaply manufactured.The power consumption of this light is 110 volt 100 watts according to the UL sticker on the back of the light.I think the manufacturers light output of this light is not over exaggerated and is right on point. I don't have a way of checking this scientifically I'm only going by visual comparison.Overall I feel like this light will provide my tool shed with years of worry-free lighting and I am very pleased overall with this led shop light!
