Hand relief
This really is helpful! My hands were cramping from hold the end of a 2inch barbell, especially adding plates.Like that the handle has a wrap with texture.Highly recommend

Great for the barbell
Works good and stays in place on the barbell sleeve. Great for belt squats, curls, standing/seated calf raises (using the landmine method) and forearm curls.

Warning - Sleeve Bites Into Plate
Landmine is solid and works like it's supposed to BUT...the sleeve the barbell fits into doesn't have enough clearance from the plate below it. Went to use it and the sleeve bit into my rubber bumper plate gouging out a small mark. Poor design leads to it being worthless.
