Buddy step counter (Black with blue protector sleeve)

When I first got this step counter, it seemed more technical than I wanted it to be; consequently I put it to one side for a couple of months. Then I had the sense to ring the makers who couldn't have been more helpful. Once I had set the counter, it could simply count my steps or I could go online and both check my health in various ways and/or participate in a group "round the world" walk which is more motivating that you might think. I am delighted with my step counter and get great satisfaction from walking my 10,000 steps a day (optional!). I recommend it!

I bought this to check how many steps I do in a day (surprisingly enough!) and it works very well. I had some difficulty in setting it up on my laptop, but had fast and excellent help from the company. I am not interested in using all the add-ons that come with the counter, but it is amazing the information that can be logged on the software that is free when you purchase the counter!Highly recommended!

Had one of these step counters for almost 2 years and find it brilliant. I had previously used a normal pedometer and kept a record of steps done every day but with this one it uploads the step count to the computer and so all the information is kept. The step counter also shows how many calories have been used and how many miles/kms walked. On the website you can join a forum/group and so encourage each other to achieve the targets, normally 10k steps per day.
