I have no complaints. This ladder was fairly easy to assemble. We did an inexpensive "McGyver" solution to address weight for anchoring. (See video - sorry, I tried several times & video wouldn't upload) I am extremely happy that I bought this ladder and so are my guests! 🤗

I like everything about this pool ladder easy to assemble, sturdy steps, the hand rails are a little flimsy but strong enough hold onto as you go up the steps. Attached the steps to my pool deck holds it in place well. This was a great purchase for my family easy to get in and out of pool,

This was not one of my finer moments but the ladder was shoddy and not as described. The steps broke when putting it together and I had sent it back but unfortunately, I sent to the same address some other box and they refused to send it back to me, even when I offered to pay for the shipping. They kept the box of chairs and did not return the erroneous box I sent by mistake.

Pool ladder is very nicely designed. I would have given it five stars, but it seems a little weak at the handles when you go to get out of the pool. I got the 3 step because I have a 14 foot pool. That is only about 3 Feet deep. I had to remove the bottom part and insert the feet into the ends to make it work. I love the flat steps and the fact that it doesn't take up much room in the pool since it is a small pool. It doesn't float up. It is also easier to clean around. It will be very easy to remove and store at the end of the season as well. Would recommend.

I was skeptical that this ladder was really going to be made of stainless steel, but it is, A very powerful magnet will not stick to it. It is well made and my only criticism is that the deck flange that is needed to complete the installation is not included nor does the product listing make that clear. That's why I rated it down on ease of installation.

I am so in love with our steps. I wanted something to be able to go into the pool easier with my dogs and a broken foot. They were so easy to install. I used 2 blue waterproof bags and 1-25 pound bag of sand split between the 2. The 10” deep steps I really love too.

They function. I would describe them as light duty. If you want them for young kids they are good to give them a spot to stand. If you want them for handicap reasons I’d look for something more heavy duty. Weighing them down is difficult and they are wobbly. Handles are wobbly too.
