I was very disappointed when I went to set this up as a surprise on my husband’s 65th birthday. I wanted all his watches to be on display when he woke up. Unfortunately, the item had been delivered without a power adapter. However, within two hours of contacting Dukwin an adapter had been dispatched for next day delivery. That is fantastic customer service. The winder itself looks amazing and is finished to a very high-quality. Very impressed.

I have quite a few watches and this holds them well, the light inside is subtle, so not to bright on a night time, I have been using this for a while so far so good.

Good quality, sleek cabinet and almost silent motor. Blue LED lights are a nice touch and make the enclosed watches "pop", especially in the Black unit. 4 motion settings for "watch holders/tumblers" are also a good addition as is the cabinet lock. Would have given 5 stars, however, the "oversize collars" for those watches that have larger straps/bracelets are extremely flimsy, cheap and nasty looking and contort easily into mishapes and the Black "covering" on them is hideous. Luckily all the watches I have, fit perfectly on the "tumbler cushions" without the need of the collars. I believe the 8 tumbler cabinet purchased, even at the discounted price, is still a little overpriced and would have been suitably priced at £155 - £165.

Looks ok. Motors are certainly not silent. Loud enough that you could not feasibly use this in a bedroom unless you are deaf. Update: less than 6 months old and one of the winder seems to have detached from the case and is making a large amount for noise. Whilst I agree these things look nice they are clearly just cheap junk. Save yourself an expensive mistake and look elsewhere. I tried to reach out to the manufacturer and they did initially respond but then just went silent. Avoid at all costs.

This product is relatively affordable for a multi-watch winder, but it's expensive enough that it should be good. It is. Tasteful design, if not high end. Very quiet. If you're hovering over a decision, don't worry about taking the plunge. Nice back lighting.

On the upside, it looks really great. Very classy, the lighting is good, and it's a robust piece of kit. (Tip for people saying that the cushions fall out of the housings, turn them sideways - rather than thin edge into the slot - and they'll fit snugly). On the downside, a couple of the rotors (left hand, if that makes any difference) have become noisy, and the watches on them aren't getting wound correctly - which is the whole point of them, so fundamentally flawed. If you put it side up - so the watches are being displayed vertically (rather than laying it down like a drawer) - it is very unsteady and prone to falling face flat. That could just be a use case for me, but it's something that I would have thought the designers should have considered.

This watch winder will wind up to 6 watches at one go, for your automatic watches and with storage for 6 more watches at the bottom, for quartz or mechanical wind watches. Very solid construction. Two switches at the back, one for the lovely blue light and one for turning on the machine. There are two knobs inside to change the winding programs, there are four, I believe, but I only use one. The front door is made of glass, not plastic. This helps noise reduction while running, but it runs very quietly, anyway. Only issue I have is dust. I have the dark wood model, so it shows up the dust!! Keeps the dust off my watches, so can't have it all! Came well packaged. One you have inserted all your watches it's just plug in and play, no construction required.

Top quality product

I was a little skeptical initially as most of the winders having 4 slots are usually in the price range of 600+ AED. This product ticked all the boxes for me all the way from packaging to the extremely quite motor. It performs excellent with 4 modes of motor control and the design looks very premium for the price. I am very happy with the product.

I had some issue with the LED lights of the unit I purchased. I emailed their support and they were quick to send a replacement LED.

The seller fixed the issue by shipping the missing adapter along with extra keys - very happy with the product and recommend it to be bought

Very good product. There could have been an option for 3 pin plug or a battery operated one.
